Half energy wasted on hotel.I booked silver sands looking at the pics at agoda. It is rated well there. So as per thought the hotel was good so we booked. We checked in evening. As soon as we came the hotel manager was not warm. But it is not always that managers have the skill. We understand. We took a junior suite for 4 people. 3 adults and 1 kid. Room was good. Sofa was dirty though. Not much supplies still ok. We asked for dinner in room. They told us in room dining was closed. Although they had sent a paratha for the kid. We fought and they sent food. In the morning I tried to order tea in the room , the manager bluntly said we don't send tea in room if u want come to the restaurant. My husband and one of the friends went down to talk to the manager and he almost misbehaved. Saying if you dont like the hotel u can go. Even other guets around the area listened to the conversation and started yelling from the balcony. I had paid already in advance. So we resisted, we asked him if he could refund. He said u can leave. So we thought we can move out so a few minutes later we came for the refund he denied saying it's upto agoda. Now here is agoda's take. They say booking is paid only manager can refund. So, we decided not to waste time and stayed. Dirty plates were lying outside rooms. There excuse was we don't have staff. The hotel has almost 150 rooms and no staff. Most of the staffs in the hotel cried saying guests abused them because of the rudeness and services. They were not paid and some even were beaten. I am amazed at the kind of hospitality the hotel offers. Although the junior staffs were levelling up the rudeness and attitude of seniors. Most of the hotel is run by trainees. Not paid and take 12 hour shift. So next time anyone think's of booking this hotel. Ask them if they have improved there standards and learn to be decent with thier staff.

Worst hotel. Do not book.Horrible hotel with even worse services. We were made to wait at the reception a long time to check in. After that, we dragged our own luggage to our room. We had booked a junior suite, but it might just be the worst room I have ever seen. Completely cramped with twin queen beds and a sofa. The bathtub looks more like a washbasin. Dirty linen was piled up outside our room. We hated the room and its approach so much that we in fact downgraded to a superior deluxe because it had a better look. We were, of course, not compensated for the price difference. We had booked the hotel for 4N. We wanted to check out on day 1 itself, but since the hotel very rudely refused to issue a refund, we chose to stay for 3N. Again, we were not refunded for the last day that we chose to stay at a different hotel. Dirty dishes were piled in the corridor in front of our new room for two days. The owner/manager is extremely rude and the staff are least interested in serving their guests. DO NOT book this hotel at any cost. They call themselves an "upscale 4-star property with an infinity pool". Honestly, I've seen better 2-star properties. While checking out, they didn't even bother to ask how our stay was and why we're checking out a day early. I gave them my feedback anyway and told them we would be posting a very bad review. They were least concerned.

NIGHTMARE NIGHTMARE NIGHTMAREPlease note DO NOT book this hotel even for 500rs, the guy in the front office Tanish is arrogant, rude and not at all a Hotelier. He was treating us as if he was standing in a fish market. I would like to request tripadvisor to black list this hotel immediately. Rooms are average, this guy wants to loot you all the time. Our experience when we checked in he asked us for Corona reports, which is not mandatory, when we went to police station he allowed check in. He even duped us for 7000 rs telling us that superior rooms cannot accommodate 3 ppl and need to upgrade to Junior suite. Either this guy must be removed or hotel shut down or delisted.

Not worth it. Rude staff.The guy at reception is very rude. He doesnt even know how to talk to customers. Rooms were empty, we asked for early check-in & he charged us 2000. We were helpless & had to pay. Plus the other staff was also very rude. Not at all recommended for the price they ask. Hotel will have to replace the staff or theyll suffer.

If you want to stay near candolim and bagaCleaning was good Location was good Easy to find Rooms are good and hygiene though with not good view Staff is not friendly but kind of rude. Professionalism and there staff is kind of synonyms. Don't know about food as i didn't try
