  un gusto

  Los empleados muy serviciales y correctos en todo momento. Ante cualquier necesidad la tratan con muchísima celeridad. La habitación espaciosa y con multitud de servicios. El hotel está cerca de unos grandes centros comerciales. Muy elegante.

  Nice stay

  I stayed in this hotel at Cristmas eve. I lived in 4th floor of A tower. Since I stayed at Christmas eve, they kindly arranged to give me some presents. The view from the window was not so good and the room facilities were rather old but the stay is pretty comfortable. The location of this hotel is very good. You can easily go to some sightseeing spots, such as Bao Tu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Da Ming Lake, Qian Fo Mountain, etc. In addition, there are many shopping centers aroung this hotel, you can enjoy shopping.

  Good and Bad - Your choice

  This hotel has extremes. I did hear that the other tower was nicer but can't speak to that. Pros: LOCATION. The location is great. Right across from a large square. Walk to the other end of the square and you are at the beautiful Springs. Go to the right of the hotel and you can walk along the canal. Go to the left of the hotel and there an nice little shops and restaurants. Cross over to the square and on the right is a MASSIVE mall. Breakfast which was included was the best on the trip. It was HUGE with so many choices and good quality. Cons: Condition of the room. It was VERY beat up. Rooms vary widely in terms of size and what they have. Things were dented. Lights didn't work. (they did clean the bathroom adequately) No Air Conditioning. Thermostat shows cold but nothing comes out. Air is horrible so you really don't want your window open. Beds were VERY hard. We stayed in 4 hotels in China. All the beds were hard with a mattress. This was the hardest because the mattress was VERY thin. Wine bar BUT they couldn't unlock the cabinets to get you any wine - very strange.

  At the city center

  This hotel located at the city center so quite convenient if looking for the crowd. Room quite clean and nice. Unfortunately a little bit difficult to communicate with the staff since cannot speak english

  An Authentic Experience

  This hotel is ideal if you want an authentic Chinese experience. The food is buffet style and very local cuisine. Very little Western food. Staff in general have limited English although they try hard and are very helpful. Rooms were nice and spacious. I was on the top floor and had a good view. They do allow smoking in the public areas which was not very pleasant.
