  Poco recomendable

  La habitación fue relativamente barata en comparación con otras ofertas disponibles. La ubicación es buena, en la entrada de la ciudad y cerca de todo. Eso es todo lo positivo. Las habitaciones lucen añejas, no han sido remodeladas y necesitan renovar alfombras, cortinas, etc. No hay gimnasio como publicitan y el área de la pileta es mas o menos. Baja señal de WiFi. Poco mantenimiento general. El gerente fue simpático al principio pero cometió un error al cobrar y despues pareció querer culparnos a nosotros. Rotorua es altamente recomendable pero no volvería a hospedarme aquí.

  Nice apartment

  I was there for one day trip on the way to taupo and had to stay there .awesome place awesome place to stay where you can cook urself and a nice stay free wifi but slow .altogether not too bad .Receptionist was beautiful and friendly.definitely will visit next time and stay longer.

  Worst service I've ever received from a motel or hotel

  Terrible service. Total rip off merchants. We booked 3 nights but when we arrived discovered the swimming pool, spa, and Sky TV were all out of order. We were told the wi-fi was still good but it didn't work either. The room was very basic and not well maintained, the underside of the bedspread was filthy and stained and bed itself was incredibly uncomfortable. We checked out after the first night but they had already charged us for the 3 nights. We were promised on 3 different occassions that a manager would contact us about our request that the 2 nights we didn't stay be refunded but they never did. Appalling! I can't even rate it low enough.

  Warning: it was the worst accommodation we have ever seen

  In February 2017, we used HotelsOne.com for booking a "Studio with Jetted Tub" in SilverOaks Resort Heritage, for 4 nights from the 5th till 9th 2017. On the 5th of July we left the hotel soon after we checked-in there, since the place was extremely dirty, with a broken a sofa, etc. We were promised to be reimbursed for 4 nights but ... they have ignored our attempts of contacting them by email, phone and registered courier mail. Fortunately, we made photos of that studio before we left it. This convinced HotelsOne.com, that after a longer investigation and without an agreement from the management of SilverOaks Resort Heritage, has reimbursed us for the cost of 3 out of 4 nights that we paid for.   Worst hotel with the best view

  This hotel should be demolished. The only reason we booked it it was because we wanted a good view of the Potohu Gayser. We did get a good view but the hotel was in shocking conditions. Booked a "geyser view room" I first got a view to the yard and it was dirty so when I asked to be moved to a clean room. They gave me the top floor. The view was amazing! But I have never stayed in such a horrible hotel before. * Pool was closed for renovation but at the time of the booking failed to mention this. * Water leaks from the roof. * wholes on the room's walls. * Beds were filthy. * Broken chair. * Moldy bathroom
