  Realmente muy bueno

  Limpio, silencioso, elegante, cómodo... probablemente uno de los mejores sitios donde alojarse en las Rocosas a un precio increíble (118 la noche!). La habitación que nos dieron era impresionante, con techos altos, suelos de tarima, chimenea (de luz), un enorme baño con bañera gigantesca y suelo de piedra, cama king size, parking subterráneo gratuito. Como todos sitios, tiene algún pero: - no sirven desayunos, te dan un vale descuento para desayunar en otro hotel; - el personal que nos atendió, aunque correcto, era un poco seco... no pasa nada por sonreír y ser amable; - aunque las habitaciones tienen un equipo Hi-Fi, no hay instrucciones y no pudimos usarlo.

  Not recommended during COVID

  I have come here a few times in the past years and always enjoyed the combination of the location, the Spa (great spa!) and the restaurant. I was so disappointed this time! The apartment was so poorly cleaned, that is just a NO GO during COVID! Crumbs on the floor, old spills not wiped away and found candy wrapper in the couch. EEEK! Let's just hope the previous guest in the apartment was healthy... Aside from that, the hotel could use a refresh now. Getting a bit dated and used.

  Thin walls and awful beds

  This hotel is in a great location. There is a great sushi restaurant in the building. The ambience was comfortable enough. However- the bed was awful! So hard. There was a family in the room next to us and we could hear the kids screaming and crying all night and early morning. The walls are so thin- it was not the families fault. The occupancy was low- why put a young family right next to a couple? Excited to get home to my bed. Truly I have never had a worse bed (I have never complained about the comfort of a bed).

  DISGUSTING! POTENTIAL COVID HOTSPOT!

  Stayed here for an event in Canmore. Our room was supposed to be early check in, when we arrived at 14:30, our room was not ready and our event was to be at 15:30. Upon getting into our room, it was not as clean as one would expect with COVID protocols. In fact I dont think any COVID protocols were followed( ok maybe the sanitized pens at the front desk)! The TV and all electronics were visibly dusty, shelves holding the cable box and the headboard of the bed! Not ONE TIME did we see ANYONE wiping high touch areas of this place! I work in healthcare and know there are rules to be adhered to. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A WORLD WIDE PANDEMIC PEOPLE!!! Allowing people to walk around freely with no masks was fun to see aswell So when we got back from the event we attended,the bathroom light would not work ( I failed to see the fancy note about resetting the GFI, ummmm fire hazard much?! The light switch should not be on the same circut as the GFI!! So the front desk lady said if resetting the GFI didnt work she would send someone IN THE MORNING!!!! I dont friggin think so!!! 1) I am NOT pooping or peeing in the dark 2) I am absofreakinglutely NOT pooping or peeing with the door open, on front of my husband, sorry Im not a disgusting pig! The shower, not a drop of hot water, the bathroom sink took forever to drain. Maybe some money needs to be spent on this place for some upgrades and fixing some issues, considering the price you pay to stay here!!Dont waste your hard earned money on this disgusting excuse for a hotel, youd be better off sleeping in your vehicle! I am also going to report to the health board, no one should be scared to contract COVID when staying in a hotel!

  Really Enjoyed Our time

  Had everything we need and lot's of room for the 4 of us. It's in the older part of town but is very quite with nice views and close to all the amazing things canmore has to offer. We will be coming back our next time to town.
