  Weirdest place in the world

  Got a taxi to the hotel.... (which took forever) and delighted as we turned up, but it took 40 minutes to walk round the resort looking for a member of staff to check us in. Our taxi driver 'had no change', so we needed someone at front desk to change up some money for us, but apparently they had no change either !? We were escorted to our room, in a villa which was so huge it was almost a 7 bedroom billion pound house. Got to the bedroom and it was clean and lovely but the eeriest feel to it. We came to realise me and my friend (we are both 20 year old girls) were the Only people staying at the resort which made us feel uncomfortable.. Went down to the bar and asked for two changs and a menu for food (it was 6.20pm) , the women couldn't understand us even though we asked for the most popular beer in south east Asia. Eventually got menus and asked to order, after about 20 minutes of trying to communicate we were informed the kitchen was closed.. before 7!?! Our beers were warm and very expensive so we decided to check out early (2 hours in) and go somewhere else. Weird weird weird

  Peaceful and relaxing place

  I stayed here 2 nights to relax and avoid busy life. It's quite lovely room and staffs but nothing is around the resort. However, the pool is big and clean, and spa is good. I will come back once again.

  i like it

  I like the silence here, the little staff but they do the job well. When I arrived here it took a lot of time, but knowing the exact line it is easy to find the resort.The room is also ok, the resort has many trees, there are many beautiful photo shoots. I take pictures all day, all very beautiful

  Let's get it clear, it's not a resort. It's two rows of villas that are rather poorly managed in more than just one aspect. By day, the "resort" is so small that your neighbors are in your face, and by night, it's a ghost street of green led light.... The food is so so and the service is as professional as our street vendor lunch lady (not the famous Lunch Lady. And did I forget the staff is prompt? The villas embrace french colonial architectural design and like so many other french architectural inspired villas in Vietnam, they look so fake they seem to be drawn by my 9 year old remote cousin in my hamlet (hometown) who majored in nail biting. To make matters worse, the decoration inside is, again, inspired by french decor. A hotpot of baroque and colonial with a dash of renaissance that pays full homage to ignorance and disrespect of people's knowledge. And I'm not even literate in architecture. The fact that it is low priced does not justify the low value.

  The resort itself is compact and well laid out, the pool is of a good size, sufficient even if all the apartments were occupied. The gymnasium was well set up. The resort was tranquil and offered a pleasant break. The rooms were large, comfortable and as they were located in an individual building quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, the restaurant was on the small side, open air (bothered by mosquitos) and the menu was very restricted on selection. Food that was on offer was generally good. The main problem with this resort is: a. Very far out of the city b. Located in what appeared to be an back street area. c. No airport collection/drop off service, our taxi driver who brought us from the airport couldn't find the resort even with the aid of his gps. d. No local shops or markets easily accessible. Overall not a resort we would visit again
