  mejor con coche

  el hotel esta bien, un poco alejado de todo, pero muy tranquilo. las habitaciones amplias, la cama supletoria comoda. si vas con coche mejor, para ir a Spa o a cualquier otra ciudad cercana. vale la pena visitar los alrededores.

  Esta un poco lejos de todo para las personas que no poseen autos. De lo contrario tienen unas excelentes habitaciones. Algo que deberian mejorar es la piscina dentro del hotel.. El servicio muy bueno,les pueden pedir cualquier tipo de juegos que los obtienen en el Lobby.

  Nice hotel and ideal for exploring the surroundings

  It is a nice hotel, with an atmosphere you somewhat expect. Seems some parts of the hotel / rooms are subject for some renovation, but it did not bother us at all. All personnel was extremely friendly and willing to help in Dutch as well (my son of 7 does not speak French yet). Really service with a smile. We had dinner in the lounge bar, in a somewhat oher setting due to COVID, and the food was very nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of choices. I will keep this hotel in mind if we go on trips again in that part of Belgium. And recommend to family as well. Onee comment: we had a room with view on the lake... but we have not seen the lake - probably because we had the room in the corner of the floor.

  The location of the hotel is very good... the staff is very friendly. It was warm in the room but we cannot change the temperature of the airco because it was automatically controlled by the hotel. I was planning to use the phone in our room but didnt know which number to call for the reception. I suggest that they should put a sticker on the phone for the numbers of the reception and room service. I also suggest that they put a sticker with the scan code for the restaurant and other services so that the guess doesnt have to go down just to look up for the scan code and menu. For the rest it was a pleasant stay.

  Nice hotel outside of town

  We stayed here for one night, a Saturday for a weekend getaway. We got a lake view room with breakfast included. There is good parking outside and reception have necessary Covid rules in place. Nice helpful staff. This was good. At reception, be sure to book your evening and morning 30min slot for the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. It's 7 to hire a bathrobe or bring your own, have to be changed before entering the area. These slots go fast. We also booked breakfast, 7am or 8am times were only available. Dinner was booked out. Most people must book these in advance. There's a small lift, 3 of us with cases filled it. The bedroom was spacious and we had a lovely view out into the trees, grounds and we could see the hot tub. We were on floor 2, so unless your book the highest floor, the lake won't be on view. The room was a little dated, on the internet the room was more modern. The beds were very comfortable, nice bedding but the pillows were awful. These no matter how we tried, didn't give neck support. Clean bathroom. Good range of channels on tv. Balcony to sit out on. We went into town, drivable to get dinner. We had breakfast at 7am, in order to get to the pool 8am this was the only time that worked. The foods are covered, safety. It's a bit more restrictive during Covid. Enough to variety to eat. Very clean. The pool is cool water, the sauna is excellent and the hot tub is outdoors. Nice on a cold day. Overall, we had a nice time, if booking again I would make sure I got my times sorted, so get in touch before you go. There's no tea/coffee in bedroom. Nice bar at the entrance to hotel.
