  Cute hotel

  The hotel was very cute with the little houses, plenty of room for everybody, nice beach. Food was great, maybe a little too salty sometimes for my liking, but the deserts were excelent and the lady who served the desert was always so positive and nice. The barman Kostas was very cool. Also other workers did a very good job even the Covid times. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel is at good location, you can go out and walk on the shopping street.

  Nice hotel

  Stayed last week of October. Not been to Crete before, but thought we'd give it a go when travel corridor reopened. The hotel has a brilliant site right on the beach and at the end of the main shopping and bar/cafe street. A lot was still open, despite the current situation. Food at hotel is excellent-reduced options but still very good. Drinks and bar service also very good. Staff are all excellent. We didn't meet one who wasn't smiling and helpful. Reception are very keen to make sure you are happy. Only reason for 4 rating not 5 was the room. Amazing view right at back of hotel overlooking beach, but very basic and tired-looking overall and desperately in need of refurb. It didn't spoil our holiday as didn't spend that long there, but disappointing given how good everything else was. Overall, we had a great time and would return. We would ask for a different room, but it would be nice to return in better times.

  Lovely hotel & staff

  We are just back from the Silva Beach having decided to take a week away before the imminent lockdown came into affect. Although it was the last week of the season there were still plenty of places open in this lovely resort. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The food was plentiful with a good selection of meals and the local wine and beer quite drinkable. The hotel is set out in the form of a traditional Cretan village which we thought was lovely however if you have mobility issues this may not be the hotel for you as there are lots of steps. We would thoroughly recommend the Silva Beach for anyone who wants a stress free week or two in the sun.

  Fantastic holiday

  We visited this hotel in October the staff were always very helpful the rooms were very good and always kept clean the choice of food in the restaurant was excellent plenty of choice the beach is very close to the hotel and had plenty of sunbeds it had a couple of pools and there was plenty of sunbeds the hotel is kept spotless the bars are very good and good choice of drinks you can walk into the centre in about 15 minutes plenty of bars and restaurants and shops.

  Fantastic hotel to stay

  Great holiday. Hotel located in the middle of the town. Nice and helpfull staff. Great availability to the sea. Beautiful swimming pool. Food lovely. Rooms cleaned every day. I think that this was my best holiday ever. :)
