  Excelente hotel para disfrutar con niños

  El hotel queda en un centro comercial por lo que tienes muchas opciones de restaurantes. El local está diseñado para la diversión de los niños, te dan carros de batería los cuales puedes manejarlos en los pasillos y dejarlos parqueados en la puerta de tu habitación, en cada planta tienen diferentes juegos y actividades. El área de la piscina es muy buena, el desayuno estuvo muy rico.

  Perfect for families

  The accommodation is definitely pricey (SGD$450 a night for the cheapest room) but whether it's worth it or not depends on who you are there with. We went there with our 24 month old toddler and he enjoyed himself tremendously, so I would say it was worth it. We didn't pay for the more expensive rooms on level 8/9 and I think we made the correct decision seeing how crowded/noisy those two floors can get and my toddler sleeps at 8pm every night. In any case, even if you don't stay at the 8th or 9th floor, you can still get to drive the electric vehicles that every kid is really there for. My 2 year old obviously can't steer the vehicles properly. He only knew how to step on the accelerator and needed his father to bend down to steer him and ensure he didn't crash into the walls. I saw there were some non-electric push cars available too, but those didn't seem fun at all, so I would say if you have a 2 to 6 year old, it should be pretty fun for them. The outdoor area was only open on the last day we were there, because of the wet weather on the first two days we were there (we booked two nights) and it was soooooo crowded (but fun). We were there on a Wed-Fri and Wed was pretty alright. The crowd just suddenly appeared on Thu afternoon and I have no idea why. Anyway the outdoor area had bouncy castles, more cars, more driving. Indoor area had movies, play room (free snacks and drinks), and lots of driving too. We spent 2450 TWD on a cab from Taoyuan airport to the hotel, but on hindsight you could request for the hotel to arrange a vehicle for 2500 anyway. Only realised Red Lantern is a pretty popular restaurant when we reached there. The duck is crazy expensive. We didn't manage to get a dinner reservation, but we did a walk in lunch and skipped the duck. Only downside to this place besides the cost is that there's nothing much nearby (not that you would need to go anywhere else). The shopping mall there is big but empty. We did take a cab to the crayon factory one morning, but that was also an expensive cab ride. Two night stay was the right decision.

  Perfect 5 star hotel for the family

  This is the most kids friendly hotel we've ever stayed. Everything in the hotel is designed for family. Unlimited use of toy cars for kids to drive around, jumping castles, animated cartoon movies (we watched Frozen 2 every single day), playroom, library, snack bars, swimming pools and kids activities. Even the room is perfect for kids with a bed inside a tent, unlimited cartoon TV channels, kids toiletries. The hotel even has a baby sitting service where adults can enjoy themselves. Restaurants inside the hotel is also amazing. The Chinese restaurant apparently is voted the best duck dishes in Taiwan. It's a fine dining restaurant but designed for kids as well. The hotel is situated inside a shopping centre thus there are also lots of other restaurants and shopping and unlimited use of the amazing cinema downstairs. It's one of the best hotels we've ever stayed and our kids loved every minute of it.

  Great place for kids who like driving

  We stayed here for two nights. We arrived around lunchtime, but check into the room was only allowed at the advertised time due to of the hotel. Our room on the 8th floor was sizeable and comfortable. It contained one double bed and a tent for the children to sleep in. There was enough space for seats and table top; TV and cabinet; and decent wardrobe space. They provided an espresso coffee machine as well as kettle. There is a balcony with chairs and table that looks over the town; we had a decent view as the town is quite low rise. The bathroom was big, with a separate shower area and bathtub. Towels were ample, and the provided toiletries were plentiful and of decent brands for both adults and children. The hotel caters for children very well. Our room floor corridor was basically a play road for toy cars that children can drive around. Whilst it is fun for kids, the sound of cars driving does get noisy. The floor we were on had an outdoor track, as well as inflatable slides, bouncy castle and ball pool. Theres also a kids playroom on this floor, with a cinema showing recent releases. One floor down has another recreation area, thats newer and has better facilities and refreshments for adults. Another activity for children was a Story time, where staff members dressed up and told a story with participation. They even have a Gran Turismo video game set up with racing seats, pedals and steering wheel available for guests to play on. We stayed for New Years Eve and they had some games to play and a lucky draw at the countdown with decent prizes. The pool complex was of decent size and we used the indoor swimming and spa pools. There is an outdoor pool but it is closed for winter. The gym was quite small in relative terms and one of the treadmills did not work. The shower area could have been better maintained for this standard of hotel. The hotel also provided free cinema tickets, as the cinema is inside the shopping mall that is adjacent to the hotel, so we watched a couple of films. The mall has a big range of shops and restaurants so makes the hotel conveniently located. Breakfast was a buffet type with a great choice of foods and drinks. There were egg stations and a fresh juice bar and wide selection of teas and coffees. They have mascots on certain days to keep the children entertained where you can take photos with them. The restaurant was modern, clean and comfortable. They offer a buffet for dinner, which we went to and had a good time eating and drinking the food and alcohol. Overall a very enjoyable stay was had, with plenty to do within the building (and vicinity) for children and families. If going as only adults, the amount of children maybe a little off putting.

  Perfect Hotel for kids, but staffs need additional training.

  The facilities of this hotel are perfect, no matter the toy cars rental, wow-wow lands or swimming pools are suit for kids. And the rooms at 8-9 Floor are also good with sound-proof (you can only hear noisy from aisle before 10:00pm. However, the staffs needs additional training (restaurant and hotel), whom looks like part-time works (talking or feedback not very familiar). The bed is too soft that cannot sleeping well. ,.8-9,,.10:00,.....,.
