  Okay for a quick stopover

  I was just on a quick stopover there and stayed most of the time at the hotel, as I had to do computer work. My room was in the last corner so I didnt have any WiFi at all. So I had to sit downstairs in the lobby. The room was okay and clean. Ive chosen a room with a window on purpose, because I like some natural sunlight, but the view was terrible. The look out the window shows you a super dirty side road and a big building. The service staff was pretty friendly though, so thats the positive thing. The price was also okay, so for me it was an average experience.

  power off issues

  i stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. After check in..enter the room n suddenly power off, only at my room.I contact the receptionist and she sent someone to fix the problem. But the man seems like no experience. Luckily, after trying so many times, the power can on. I feel very tired and sleep and hope the problem will not happen again. But, at the 2nd day, after get back from work, enter the room and place the key card in the slot and suddenly the power trip again...and the receptionist trying to fix but not success. He asked me to change room.At that time i feel very tired, but have to pack my things and change room. Besides, the room is so smelly with ciggarete smoke. very bad experience :(

  Cozy hotel and easily accessible

  I love to stay at this hotel due to its location. It is just 200 meters from the LRT station of Kerinchi and near to the KL Gateway Mall, also quite near to the MidValley Megamall. The setback might be the room which is quite small (you can get better price at the other hotel). Just prepare for RM 50.00 as deposit during check in. also RM 8.00 for overnight private parking area in front of the hotel.

  Decent - Comfortable and Safe

  It is within walking distance to KL Gateway Mall, across the street is the Kerinchi light rail station, round the corner has decent Mamak Stalls (Street Food) and the area is safe at night, bright street lighting and people heading to and]d from the LRT station. The rooms - Sufficient and adequate for the price. Beds are clean, sheets and clean. Bathrooms - Only shower gel is provided, and toilet rolls. Other amenities you might want to bring your own (toothbrush, paste, comb etc..) Security - Keycard for rooms, lifts and ground floor entrance. Overall, a decent hotel for a night stay (Business trip on a budget). Would I stay here again for another overnight stay? - Yes

  Mediocre accomodation

  Booked for one night at Signature hotel @ Bangsar south, and sent e-mail to official web page of Signature hotel, to re-confirm it, but unfortunately it was never replied (+) close to LRT Kerinchi, but need to walk uphill (+) close to some food stall ie Sop Ekor Abu, Haslam, but both is closed during Ramadhan; so difficult to find open food stall during my visit (-) rude receptionist asking for Tourism tax for MYR 20; despite clearly inform that it should be only MYR 10/room/night (-) bed sheet & towel has some stain, with only soap provided (-) TV channel is limited (-) strange furniture fixing as clothes hanger is way too high to hang clothes
