Paradisiaco
La arquitectura, el diseño , la decoración de este hotel es de ensueño. Es increíblemente bello . Nuestra suite Bishop tiene una terraza privada que tiene dos tumbonas de una plaza y una de dos plazas , un jacuzzi, una hamaca y además un balcón con una mesa y dos sillas : todo enfrente del mar Egeo . Ésto es increíble. La suite es amplia , decorada con un gusto exquisito . La atención del staff es excelente. La comida es muy buena . Una mención especial a Fikret y Yusuf que están pendientes de todo . Si viviéramos a pocas horas de vuelo de este hotel iríamos varias veces al año . Ideal para parejas . Es un hotel romántico y que invita al relax . Un detalle especial : al salir el auto que nos llevó al aeropuerto, arrojaron agua como tradición turca para que volviéramos . Lo que yo había visto en películas y novelas turcas lo viví al salir de este hotel . El Sign by Ersan : superrecomendable !!!!!!

I can`t wait to get back ...
What a place! A gem at the Aegean coast. A small boutique hotel with everything you need. The beginning wasn`t that promising, though. The reception seemed not to have our reservation which we had made months earlier. I didn`t feel welcome at all. I felt as an unwanted visitor disturbing the hosts. Anyway, we ended up in a suite on the top floor (an upgrade; never agree to take a room close to the reception because you can hear everything and there is no way you can have a nice night sleep). A marvellous room. Well-organised, cleverly designed and fully supplied. The terrace is huge with a jacuzzi, a swing, sunbeds and a wonderful view. There is a led lighting system in the room. It is so subtle that you can leave it for the night and your way to the bathroom in the middle of the night is not a challenge; and also when you come back to your room in the evening, you don`t have enter the darkness, also thanks to a good turn-down service. A nice touch. Obviously, good quality bathroom amenities. As we arrived late afternoon, so our first meal was dinner. And it was exceptional. The hotel restaurant is fantastic. The staff is very friendly, helpful and simply professional. Delicious food with a great choice for such a small place. Awesome cocktails and aperitifs. What a choice of wine, especially Turkish wines (not available elsewhere). One can have a bottle of good French, Italian or Spanish wine in very many different places but Turkish? It was such a treat. I have to add that the staff is not just well-mannered, they are just nice people doing their best. During one of our conversations, I said that my favourite thing to try, if the place was suitable, was octopus. It was on the menu but not the way I like it the most. I just showed a picture of my favourite octopus salad (Lanzarote style) and the next day I had it for my lunch and every lunch until we left the place. It was heavenly!!! Thank you chef!!! There are plenty of sunbeds on the beach and the pier. Crystal clean water to cool down. And again the staff to look after the relaxing guests top-notch!. Within minutes here comes a waiter with a bottle of mineral water in a cooler. Nice! There is also a pretty good spa in hotel. Worth recommending. So do not miss at least a massage on the pier. To sum up. I can`t wait to have a holiday in Sign by Ersan as soon as possible. I`ve recommended the place to everybody who was interested. That hotel is probably the very first one that we wouldn`t like to leave it even for a few hours as we were sure that there was no way anybody would be able to provide a similar service as Sign by Ersan was. A small request to the management in my final sentence do something with the reception; don`t let them spoil all the hard work done by everybody else. See you soon Sign by Ersan

One of my best trips
One of the best Boutique hotel that i ever tried, panoramic view, very clean place, very comfortable, sea water is crystal clear, staff is more than excellent, first i doubt that i can try good food there, but i was surprised that the head chef "Adnan" (who is a very decent man) cook for me what i dreamed for; i tried roasted lamb shoulder & the best octopus i have ever tried (even better than the most specialist in Porto, Portugal & Greece). Really it is a perfect experience

Great stay highly recommended... but a few improvements to make
Super boutique hotel right on the sea, lovely setting, fantastic F&B manager and team, A1 food from breakfast to sea food to local wines. But front-desk service could be improved and speedier, and A/C was off throughout the building during our stay during hot month of August.
