  A great surprise!!!

  While visiting Hudson's Hope to visit a friend, I checked into the Sigma Inn and Suites and from the moment I arrived I was pleasantly surprised on the friendliness of the staff going out of their way to ensuring my welcome was top notch to the amazing cleanliness of the place and believe me, I work in the hotel business so I do high dusting checks all the time. Breakfast, hot and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend the Sigma Inn in Hudson's Hope to anyone traveling in these parts of Northern B C. Like their sign says at the Front Desk ...Enter as a guest....Leave as family Thank you for a memorable stay

  Very comfortable stay

  Stayed here for one night on our road trip and had a very comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming and our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. A good breakfast is served in the morning. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment so we cant comment on that.

  Treated like family...a good thing!

  So thankful we chose this hotel for our stay-over. Rooms were clean & the bed and pillows comfortable; always a consideration for us when we travel. We left by 8 am the next morning and were provided with a very good breakfast. It is always nice when the fruit is fresh and plentiful with a good variety. We were about four hours away when we got a call from the hotel advising I had left my nightgown in the room on the back of bathroom door!!! In the spirit of customer service they packaged and sent it back to me!!! The story does not end here. Since I was still on the road they returned it back to the hotel!! They called me again and I gave them my daughter's name & address and this time I received it. It was customer service above and beyond. I personally thank the General Manager Paul for his commendable customer service & to the housekeeping staff for a job well done. Thank you!!

  Friendly Staff

  The room was nice. The bed was a bit hard. They coukd of had more dishes to use in the kitchenette. The complimentary breakfast had different things to choose from every morning. Wish they had a cleaner gym.

  Fall Bike Trip

  Was average....long over due maintenance. tile grout in bathrooms gross...black and grey...should have been white...same with caulking. Various things have not been maintained......parking lot covered in gravel and debris.....too high price for what you got, Tangle. foot bar and grill...awesome. Great food...love the town tho....
