  The best is the location, only some hundred meters from the entrance of the Spa. Rent a bike (it is better to bring your own), the hiotel bikes are very simpole and old ones, but good enough for short excursions. Visit Siklós (6 kms), the riverside of Dráva (8 kms) and also Villany for a good bottle of vine!

  Arrogant staff avoid this place!

  Hotel is a bit dated, what is good is the location just a short walk to the spa resort. My disappointment came at the end during the check-out. The front desk lady was charging a rate that was different (obviously higher) than rate in EUR that was on my booking form. In fact the booking form was a bit confusing as it included two rates in different currencies and I selected the better option in EUR. This was a classical contract (booking order in this case) interpretation issue and I was confident that I am right in my selection of the rate therefore I have asked to escalate to the hotel manager. However dealing with the Siesta Club hotel manager was a shocking experience for me. I found his behavior really arrogant - he did not introduce himself and was not willing to listen to my understanding of the order and the correct amount. At the end, in order to force me to pay a higher amount he called police and after a friendly welcome to "his friends" he was only telling his story in Hungarian language and my points were never considered. As a customer I really found this approach unacceptable and will never stay in this hotel again.

  Big hotel, for one night enough.

  Staff is friendly, food is expensive and the rooms are very small with little luxury. We came here for just one night as a stop on a travel to turkey. The staff is friendly but not very helpfull. In the area is not to much thing to do.

  Okay

  It's great for me. I mean, there is shop near. I been here for 3 days. Every day I went to Wellness center what is very near to this hotel. It has free WiFi what is good. I go here every year with my family and I'm impressed. So, that is good for me.

  Comfortable.

  The young man at the front desk was pleasant. There are no elevators in this hotel. Also there was A/C only in the living room, not the bedroom. Beds were comfortable though. We were only there for one night so it sufficed. I've stayed in better; I've stayed in worse.
