  family of 11 post lock down holiday

  arriving at nearly 12am we were surprised that the barcwas still open and entertainment of a Turkish belly dancer. Although as UK residents we were confused by the bell ringing (in the UK its last orders) we quickly learned this us something that the bar staff do. Throughout our stay we found the staff extremely helpful especially psycho, jin, aryia, yunis, bozo and gulhan. Our holiday was made by psycho who went out of his way to source a gluten free birthday cake for my 4 year old nephew and even let our lads party hard. The cleaners were amazing and even after having issues with our first room made no issue in moving us immediately. The food is OK for bar food but there is so many great restaurants locally why wouldn't you eat near by. The rooms are what you require and clean. We are clean freaks and brought room fresheners and bleach etc and the cleaners realised and used our products to ensure it was how we liked it. We will definitely book again at this hotel and look forward to seeing the best bar man aka psycho and the rest of the staff too!!

  Amazing place

  I love this place and thats why I always return. I really am amazed at the friendliness of the staff here, nothing is a bother to them, good staff is key to a good holiday and siesta ticks all boxes.

  Holiday 2020

  Been staying in this hotel for 3 years now.. Bed sheets are changed every 3 days.. towels daily or every 2 days.. staff are amazing and cant do enough for you.. and the food is lovely .. Its a really nice hotel.. gutted the top pool wasn't open this year.. bug totally understand because of Covi19.

  Lovely

  Lovely hotel. At first we were given a room I did not like so I asked too change which was no problem at all. Nice room nice pool right by the beach. Down side for us was the music was too loud and beach horrid dog etc. We did enjoy our time nice eating places in Gumbet. Diane and Peter Simmons

  Lovely holiday.

  Managed to get a quick holiday after lockdown. On arrival we were met with all the safety requirements, temp checks, masks worn, hand sanitisers, available as entering the grounds of the hotel & at reception. Very pleased. Check in was fast & hassle free and taken to our room. Was a little disappointed after seeing some of the photos advertised but it was late & we settled down after a long day. We woke up to a beautiful day, had a walk around the grounds of the hotel. Beautiful flowers cascading from overhead beams, & down the walls, sunbeds spaciously around the pool. In reception there's a little mini market, with all basic essentials. Constantly stocked fridges with water & a variety of drinks,ice creams, snacks etc. Food at the pool bar was lovely, the staff were all so friendly, welcoming. Clean & safely served. We needed to ask for a few extra pillows, at reception we were met by a lovely friendly lady, & shortly later our pillows arrived at our room. Unfortunately after a few days I couldn't take the hard mattress, which I think was more of a personal issue for us. I explained this to the same lovely young lady (I really wish I could remember her name as I'm sure after having to go a few times, she got fed up with me, as I had to raise my issues a few times, but she always did her best to rectify the situation with a smile) they offered us a different room. The rooms offered didn't really get much sun or any views which was a shame. So agreeing to change the mattress & deep clean the room as it was quite dirty& grubby, We kept the same room. I was told that when closed the hotel was being refurbed, & due to COVID-19, wasn't all finished in time for opening. A lot of the hotel remained closed, which is understandable given the current times. I truly felt so awkward for 'complaining' so much but things didn't meet standards expected. The staff were all very helpful & understanding & did everything to make it better. I didn't blame the staff, it was just unfortunate that COVID-19 disrupted the work being carried out. Id definitely return again as every member of staff was lovely, the pool area was great, its in a great location, right on the beach. The stray dogs that roam around are gorgeous, very friendly but still be cautious. The hotel dog, Zeus, is absolutely adorable, a big soft friendly lion. Thank you to all the staff who did everything to help, the Jet2 rep was brilliant. Id happily return again as its a lovely place.
