  Almost perfect.

  It is a good place to stay. New, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nothing was broken when I visited, so it was almost perfect. There are some problems. The first one is that it doesnt have a proper address. I went up and down the city trying to find it. But it is actually easy to reach. It is near the south end of Odessa Street, you have to go through a new path to get there. It is not a street; it has no walkway, it isnt paved but at least it is really short. The staff is nice and helpful, they are mainly in the reception desk and you will see them a lot as the rooms have no phones. If you want something from the reception: go down and get it. This place is not marked as a hotel, when you see its certificate it says guest house, but it does feel (almost) like a hotel; one without restaurant. So, if youre planning to go to Sozopol, this is actually an option. If you dont mind having to walk upstairs (the place has no lift).

  Private parking and garden

  Convenient small hotel with private parking which is essential for Sozopol city. Short walk to the main street if you are a person with suicidal tendencies as it so much crowded with strolling people without precise direction. The hotel has a small garden too where you can drink a coffee, or beer bought on the reception or have your tobacco poison dose. The rooms are also spacious and well designed.

  Do not choose this property

  The property itself is fine, but the staff working there has disgusting attitude. Instead of greeting they ask you to pay the room straight away before even you have looked at it. They have no idea about anything in Sozopol or around the property and they show truly that they don't even care about it. The way they talk to their guests is intimidating. The property has been managed poorly, the staff has zero communication skills, bad body language. Any other property will be a better choice than this one.
