  ADALYA ARTSIDE LOVELOVELOVE

  It's a wonderful hotel to enjoy warm and sometimes hot (incliding animation team fire and fakir show) turkish atmosphere. It is true that an overwhelming majority of the guest are from Germany. But for us, Russians, it wasn't a big problem. And especially for our kids. Everyone was friendly. Our room was with a bank bed that kids loved so much. It was really our best stay in Turkey so far. We want to thank all the hotel personnel including our room service Fatima, receptionists, hotel managers, guest relations manager, cooks and chefs, waiters and waitresses. beach tractor drivers and beach staff, and - of course - the mini club staff - manager Morris and Francine! Animation Maru and Arthur, DJ (sorry, forgot his name) "Mr. Gangnam Style". ))) We loved it all!

  Middle or the road hotel not a 5atar

  From arriving to leaving hotel was not what you would expect from a 5 Star compared to the other Adalya hotels this looks like the poor older relative. Once the staff realise you are not German they are not interested the only people that made an effort were one very cheery Waiter at the pool bar always wore a skip cap didnt get his name and our maid whos name was Dylec not sure if thats how you spell it she made an effort to speak to us every time we saw her her English wasnt great but she always tried and was a very nice person also the guest relations girl was very nice when reception got ratty because we didnt speak German which happened on more than one occasion rooms are very tiered beds were not very comfortable tv has news or bbc entertainment wasnt the best there was usually something to eat but not great waiters in restaurant were not interested one night a waiter broke a glass and didnt even make an effort to clean it up and there were kids running around that could have fell on it went to the Turkish alacart not the best and waiters very unfriendly.Most evenings in reception you had about 20 /30 kids ranging from about 5 to 15 running about playing in lifts screeming totally unsupervised hotel seemed to think that was ok there was a sign saying kids not allowed in lift without an adult and there were 5/6 year olds playing in the lifts I dont mind kids having a good time but it was a joke that young kids were wandering a bout on there own . All in all the hotel is a bad 3 Star with terrible reception staff poor waiting staff and was a disappointment from start to finish there are 100 times better hotels to stay in in this area would never return we had a good 2 weeks holiday but no thanks to the hotel .

  Beautiful Hotel

  Booked in to this beautiful hotel for a week. Regretabe the some of the staff dont match the hotel image. Guest Relations person is unhelpful to say the least. On reading the guest information in room the hotel. The hotel dont provide what is stated in the Guest Directory, Mini Bar not replenished daily as stated in Guest Infomation. Booking a table in a restaurant is a major hassle for Guest Relation person. Only positive at this hotel are the Pool Side and Main Restaurant staff who are credit to the hotel. Most I give Artside Hotel is 3 stars not worth anymore. We have stayed in 5 Star Hotel Before not a patch on them. Sorry!!

  Ultra all inclusive

  Adalya art Side is part of the adalya family with 3 of the hotels alongside one another, the adalya art hotel is needs to re evaluate the 5 star ultra all inclusive rating. The reception check in team are hit & miss if you went at night time with a problem it took a few visits to resolve. Ultra all inclusive but certain charges are applied the safe is charged at a daily cost of 2 euros with a 10 euro deposit, towels if not returned are chargeable, freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast is chargeble etc. Many hotels are now offering free Wi-Fi access Adalya has free Wi-Fi in the lobby but is slow and unreliable. Mehmet from the reception team is a asset he speaks multiple languages & I think does a better job with liasing with guests than most of the reception team. Rooms are modern but issues with the fridge room key cards work when they feel like it. Food is good with lots of variety of dishes but very repetitive and you can easily get bored hit & miss,would help if the pizza counter at the pool would let you choose your toppings but they don't. Overall in Antalya region i would say that Adalya chain needs to up there game as there is a lot of 5 star hotels in the region that really make the 5 star experience wow for the guests.

  Mediocre

  My small family of 3 visited in July. The hotel/resort was made up of mostly german clientele, & some russian. The staff did not speak or understand English, not even "cola light" was understood. It was an uncomfortable experience, & didn't feel like an international experience at all. The pool was excellent, huge, spacious, despite the high tourist numbers. The downside is that if you don't reserve beds with towels there's literally no chance you'll get a bed. There are signs up stating "no towel bed reservations", but no one takes any notice, nor any action taken. The food was plentiful, & of a good standard. The ice cream "diner" was simply too small to accommodate the numbers, & the waffle stand was ridiculously slow, often 1 person manning both ice cream & waffles. If you're not a fan of German, you are unlikely to appreciate the pool music & kiddies disco. My 4yr old daughter loves mini discos, & even she turned her nose up at it. There are some shops at the hotel, but beware, you'll be paying prices similar to at home. The room standard was ok, nothing more. Cleaning services, excellent. The central lift/elevator was a ridiculous scenario. One tiny lift to accommodate the entire 5 story hotel. It was hot, sweaty, & slow with endless stops. We were on the 5th floor, I chose to use the stairs. Overall the experience was mediocre, would I go again? Absolutely not...
