  Honest Scottish review

  Hotel its self was really good, the food was very good everything I put on my plate was very good, the staff in this hotel is the worst staff Ive came across, none of them speak hardly any English (which is fine) but still dont try with you! Few of restraint staff are decent and try to interact with the kids but the woman behind top bar with blonde hair stay away please she is very rude and thinks our money isnt good enough but Russians and Germans is! The entertainment team what can I say... worst ever never spoke to us because we are British and be fair lucky I never headered them, think they are popstars but are just plain doeys!!!! Bar across the road called maikels is the place to go the staff there know how to treat you if only this hotel had staff like this then would be a very decent one! Back to entertainment team, the boy deniz and nico are up themselves and just walked past you like you were never there! We paid a lot of money to go here as a family and the staff did ruin it for us a bit! Honest review and can see most of British people have the same opinion

  Okay but wont rush back

  Firstly we got to royal paradise at 2:40am having been travelling all day from 1pm. When we got there we werent greeted at all, I approached the night time staff and his English was very limited. He said one room although I had booked two one for my family and one for my sisters family. Anyhow we filled in paperwork and shown to our rooms. They are definitely not like the pictures on Love Holidays website, room was falling to bits, wardrobe doors hanging off, shelves hanging down. Bed had stains all over it and the duvet was disgusting again covered in stains. As we were so exhausted we slept on top of the sheet which thankfully was clean, the door around the bathroom rim had all worn away and was all glue. The veranda well if you can call it that. It was the smallest ever, think possibly my 10 year old fitted on it. The air con was great thou. (Gotta have one positive) Anyhow day one started with attempting to get the passports back for my sister and after showing all paperwork we got them. Pools were good and clean, drinks were okay but limited. Nobody spoke English was very limited (but we dont speak Turkish so cant assume they would speak English) they do however bend over backwards for German and Russian guests. The women with blonde hair in lobby bar hates anyone English spoken especially women, although did take a liking to the men in our party so they got served quick enough, although she did bang the drinks down at them. My daughter tried to get a juice from her when a German women shooed her out the way with a walking stick. Raging!! She was told as well as the staff they are all arrogant, rude and racist. entertainment team well lets say Id rather watch paint dry. They called out Russian big cheer, Turkey again a cheer, German again a cheer, Brazil another cheer, not once English. So I shouted Scotland no maybe gonna shout UK, maybe no I was ignored. Again I shouted Scotland and again he ignored me. He thought he was something (if he was chocolate he wouldve eaten himself) They do not even attempt to include any English spoken guests. Worst entertainment ever!!! The food well cant complain that was really good and plenty choices even for a fussy eater like myself. The beach was good and the food there at lunch was better than the restaurant. Shisha bar was good although youve gotta pay for a drink in it, even thou all inclusive. There is only ice cream at 4pm. Strange. The lady who is expecting in the cocktail bar was lovely and tried to understand us and always smiled and said hi. Kids loved the slides and pool and thats the main thing. We made our holiday having such a large party of 14, as our family were also in Side. We went to Maikels bar for my mums 60th birthday meal which was lovely. They bent over backwards for us and were very nice and accommodating to us all. There food and drinks were brilliant. Wouldnt rush back to Side. Had a great holiday with all my family but if Im flying to Antalya again its definitely to go to Lara Beach, now that is a holiday.

  Great hotel - a handful of staff let it down

  Room was immaculate, loved the food (Massive fresh salad bar was amazing) close to the beach, most staff were really friendly, pool was fantastic, and overall was happy with the stay. Emre - our favourite waiter, went out of his way to look after us which we really appreciated. What really put a dampener on our stay was how sexually aggressive some of the male staff were towards my friend and I...the worst being one bartender (who was channelling Bart Simpson/Johnny Bravo) got shirty with me and my friend because I didnt want to go out with him and then was rude about our appearance. It made it very awkward when we wanted drinks and he was working. Another of the waiters threw a condom on the table at me to let me know what he wanted, one of the entertainment team kept asking us for money because of personal financial issues, the pressure put on us and the chauvinistic game playing going on was ridiculous. The silly little boys pretending to be men was a shame and the only thing that let the resort down. Ladies - lock yourselves and your daughters away!!! But other than that have a great time!

  Never again come here.Liars, looking at how to take money for nothing.Economy room has a balcony for which extra money is charged.Rude, selfish service personnel.Vacationers are turned into dairy cows.

  The hotel is the best !! The staff was amazing and professional at any time. From the cleaning to the waiters to the people in the restaurant and the bar. Everyone was kind and helpfull to the fullest. The food was tasty and planty. No lack in quality. Our room had aircon 24/7. The room way cleaned every day. We had on a daily basis new towels and sheets. Definitaly will be recommending this hotel and would come back any time. The only drawback is the low speed of the internet.
