Adicate hotel
Stayed at side crown serenity hotel for 21 days where we found nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Our room was lovely, cleaned daily with new towels and sheets with pool view . As with all these modern Turkish hotels the sound proofing between rooms is very poor, hearing neighbours tv or arguing. Other peoples rooms were not so good being over the kitchen with food smells and refrigerator noise. We found the variety of food quite good, breakfast was excellent with fresh omelettes, lunch could be taken in hotel and beach and pool bars but sometimes limited. Evening meal provided good selection but was not presented in a good display making it difficult to work out type of meat. Would have liked food to be hotter as quite often only warm. Perhaps if microwave was available would help. When hotel full evening dining room was too busy and spoilt the meals. Dont expect to meet many English guests as this hotel is mainly German and Russian. This didnt bother us too much especially as not interested in entertainment provided. Couldnt fault 3 different pool areas and lovely beach area, which was ideal for easy swimming

Terrible communication between the hotel and customers
The hotel itself is good, just like the food. But NEVER trust the photographer in the hotel, we had photos taken by him and even bought them, but never received the photos. We left our e-mail at the reception so that the photographer could send us the photos, but this did not happen either! I contacted the hotel several times via telephone, Facebook, Instagram and e-mail, but without any reply while my messages were being viewed, a real disaster. You'll never see us again!

Do not listen to reviews it was excellent
I am sorry I thought I had put a review on when my friend John D had in August my apologies. You will not be disappointed hotel is lovely and clean staff cannot be any more helpful they try their best to understand English we had the waitresses on the verandah in the evening learning new words & teaching us Turkish words they were amazing. Staff in restuarant were very helpful (food I would say is not 5 star) but there was a lot of nice food you definetly would not go hungry. Animation one of the best I have had in Turkey the shows were very good & fire eating Nevzat you are amazing and will do very well where ever you go you have great English & personality excellent. Aykut excellent,Kerem we loved the darts you are funny and good english always entertained us. Mustafa,Yasemin, & DJ Suleman loved your music & all off the team you never once walked past without saying hello well done to everyone. Jacob & staff please try out the Spa you will not be disappointed we took the 5 day offer and it was absolutely worth every penny well done to Spa staff. Bus to beach every 15 mins & restuarant at the beach very good & toilets at beach for being so busy were so clean 10/10 excellent .Beach was lovely and water was so warm in August. There is a lot of Russian's & Germans not many English but that did not bother us at all. I only have one complaint I left 2 suitcases on 10 August they were not put in taxi it was too late when we noticed at airport ..they are still in the luggage room at hotel I have tried to e-mail, phone they have not helped me. Nevzat has gone out his way to help us & now the hotel is closed I could cry my luggage is still sitting in the hotel as Nevzat sent me a photo can any of the sister hotels help me by e-mailing me trisha.ness@yahoo.co.uk please give my luggages to Nevzat we will sort it out with him !!!!!!! thanks Tricia Ness

Summer Stay
Could be a great hotel, but sadly isn't. First of all it's in the middle of no-where. There are meant to be specialist a-la-carte restaurants - which broadly speaking there are - well there IS. It's one restaurant that opens on a few occasions each week, and then only when enough people book it. We only saw it open once during our stay. It wasn't helped by the fact only one person was able to take bookings and she was off for four days. When we did "speak" to her she couldn't speak English. Something else you should be aware of - this place is for Germans and Russians. Only one tv channel in English - and forget it if you want to watch football - not even in the bar. I was trapped in the lift six times during my ten days here. I was able to push the doors open, but a child wouldn't be able to. My wife was first to get trapped and when she used the phone in the lift, the person answering didn't know where she was. I pointed this out to the staff on several occasions but they aren't interested. We ordered drinks from a waiter one night and before he brought them my son joined us at the table, when the waiter brought the drinks, we asked him to get a drink for my son - "Why you not tell me before!" he shouted -"All I do is run, run, run! Really? But that is the level of service we experienced during our entire stay. The one exception was the bar tender at the pool bar beside the main entrance, so we would regularly give him a tip, as many others did. One day when he was going round the pool gathering glasses, a staff member came and put all his tips in his pocket! We thought maybe they were pooled tips, but when my wife told him what happened he said "NO", Oh but yes!! Entertainment was amateurish. Terrible place. AVOID.

A getaway for my Sister who is disabled we where from the UK
On our arrival which was at night we were offered a alternative room for my sis is unable to use stairs the staff were lovely just a few pointers needed in the restaurant Which was solved by the staff
