  Lovely

  I read reviews after booking and thought mmmm have I made a mistake, the answer is no. Good food, which is of Turkish origin. Staff friendly and welcoming and most helpful, maybe its because Im not a lazy English person and can speak to them in Turkish or even German! My travel companion is disabled and uses a wheelchair this is the only reason it didnt get 5* rating, the steps are ok as she can get out of chair. But if unable to walk you need to avoid it, although the staff are brilliant with her, rushing up to help her stand etc.

  Don't book if your english

  Hotel is clean throughout but cats everywhere including restaurant staff don't speak any English but speak fluent german food is terrible we paid all inclusive but had to eat out every day we was not the only english family at the hotel that was made to feel a second class citizen would not recommend this hotel to any english speaking people they spoilt mine and others holiday

  Very impressed with the staff

  Me and another carer , brought a lady we care for ( work) she has learning disabilities. The staff were amazing and made her holiday... she has been laughing none stop , so friendly and caring . Food wise , lots of variety , staff cant do enough for you . Love the little kittens on the steps , hotel lets them come inside when they want , room was great , cleaned daily , we are planning to come back next year .

  worst hotel in the world

  keep away there is nothing good about this hotel , we were in a 6th floor room no mention of this anywhere we had to walk up 19 steps then into the smallest room ever with limited head room , very small shower that i could just fit in and iam a size 14 slopping celings in the room , the mini bar is a small fridge with a bottle of water in it , food is not good no labels on anything , waitesr very rude to english people you ask a question and your reply is no english, the pools are tiny and only 8 sun beds a the most round it , and as for being able to use sun beds on the beach forget it the guy in charge of the beds only lets you have one if you pay ther is no entertainment at all , they have a terrace where you can sit at night which is open to the public and your made to feel like you shouldnt be there by they waiters and the music from the next hotel is so loud you have to shout to have a conversation ,my advice STAY AWAY

  Sun Beach Hotel Side Turkey

  We have just returned from this hotel, the hotel is very clean,the rooms a lovely and wi-fi was free in the lobby and terrace. Sadly this is the end of the positive review. If you are British I would suggest you investigate this hotel closely. Most of the guests are German or Russian the staff can speak good German but very limited English. The swimming pool's are very small and only has 19 sun loungers which are set in the corners of pool area. This hotel should not sell All-inclusive, there seems to be issues about what you have to drink, the options are Beer, Red, White or rose wine. Gin, Vodka, Rake soft drinks, tea and coffee. We were reprimand by a manager for having to many drinks on the table. This was a surprise given we had had a party of seven that evening we were all, All-inclusive. Food was limited in choice and not to the best quality, many of the guests ate outside of the hotel and got receipts the tour operator refunded the guests. There is a small beach this was used mainly by guests from the sister hotel, as they were able to get alcoholic drinks at this hotel but only soft drinks on the beach outside their hotel. It is advertised that you can eat on the terrace overlooking the sea, this was not the case the food had to be eaten in the restaurant unless you paid for a meal from the outside cooking area.
