  Just ok

  The overall just ok not to good. I like how they create the room. Room I love it so clean and comfortable. I will recommend first thing is welcome drink. How come they don't have because room rate is same 5 star hotel . And front staff when they see guest not look like welcome no service mind and breakfast is to small not varieties of food and not good quality we expect for this price. And WiFi can't work!!!!! How come. We not in the jungle.The end I like only room for this hotel not sure for come back.

  Beautiful location, hotel, pool and room but cant say the same for stay :(

  Stayed for 2 nights here - the hotel was virtually empty which was fine but then maybe we would of preferred it to be full of people rather than builders. The place was basically a building site as builders refurbished the downstairs bedrooms right next to the pool. The very friendly hotel staff apologised and gave us a coconut to drink out of but I drank that in about 20 seconds then remembered I am still sitting in the middle of a building site. For £80 a night I might next time pull up a chair with my towel on a motorway and sip a coconut there. Room was beautiful and overlooked the ocean but also overlooked the builders - I guess you could say I got a free lesson on how to fit hotel doors and windows. They did not make me pay extra for this masterclass. Breakfast was not good - with us unable to speak Thai and the breakfast staff unable to speak English - it was like playing Charades for the first 5 minutes until they won and you got whatever they gave you. I imagine in high season there will be no builders and more staff so this place will be lovely but then if its more than £80 a night in high season - I think you could find somewhere better near by!

  Newly renovated, but still charming

  We rented a villa for 3 days/2 nights and arrived on Loy Kratong Day. We were made to feel welcome upon arrival. The first thing they told us as we checked in was that they had 2 kratongs for us to launch that evening. How thoughtful! This was our first visit since they had renovated the property. They did a good job: it was modernized yet managed to retain the charm we had appreciated in the past. Our villa was comfortable, roomy and stocked with all the necessary supplies. As previously, the pool was refreshing and delightful. Parking is plentiful and secure. Beach access is convenient via wide stairway. Service was attentive and friendly, as usual. We will be back!

  Wonderful place

  The staff were kind and helpful. The location was great if you want a quiet place on the beach. It is a little farther away from Hua Hin if you want the Hua Hin experience. The Ocean loft was one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The view was spectacular! The renovation they did was great. The breakfast offered a lot of options and was quite good.

  A Real Gem

  A beautiful hotel on the edge of the ocean, with a salt water swimming pool, approximately a 20 minute drive away from Hua Hin. The loft room in particular is very well designed, modern, comfortable and spacious. The staff were charming and the food was delicious. A really special place, I didn't want leave.
