  The hotel is claiming to be a 5* venue for ASQ, let me assure you it is not, more 3-4* if you happen to be lucky. The ASQ video is actually no reflection on what you will be getting so be warned, it is not the cheapest by far so you would expect much better for what you are getting. The staff are very friendly and helpful which is a bonus. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the rooms have mosquitos hence being bitten on a daily basis. The biggest problem is good hot meals being served regularly, weekends are a disaster. I am glad to get my ASQ over and done with, I just wish how can this hotel get by with false advertising. Biggest advise would be, spend a little more and get much better especially for ASQ.

  Very nice Hotel

  Close to the Airport. Super kind people. Food is delicious. You have a nice view on the sunset from the rooftop. Rooms are big and very clean. There is also a shuttle service to both airports in Bangkok.

  Great service! Always on time and caring. The food is amazing - they have a big variety! Thank you for your hospitality! I love it. The staff is amazing. It's clean and a nice environment. I felt so home in my room.

  This hotel is very hospitable and comfortable. The service is very friendly, very clean rooms and a nice outside area where you can go out once a day. They are always available. The food is great, you can choose every day what you want. Very much recommended!

  We were reccomended this hotel to stay in as our ASQ.From the time we landed in Suvanabhumi airport everything was very well organized. Our mini bus was outside waiting took us straight to hotel After completing forms and paying ordered evening meal and taken to our room.our room is 32sq metres. To be fair everything in abundance from shower gel to tissues.We had 2 bottles of water per day ,1.5 litre bottles.Tea and coffee sachets with sugar and coffee mate.good tv with a few english channels .Food 3 times a day ,either order online or we did paper menu.Nurse checked our blood pressure and temperature before going into room We have to do temp twice a day .Cannot fault staff very nice and helpful.After 5 days 1st covid test then wait for result.New ruling from Thai Government that UK arrivals not to leave room till after result of 2nd covid test.Needed some Sprite and wife needed pot noodles ,no problem 7 11 across the road and hotel put 10 % on top of bill ROOM SERVICE MENU also available ,my wife says Som Tam Boo Bala very good. Cannot fault the food although twice nothing I fancied but eating enough anyway.Would reccomend room at rear as road in front busy.Good view of airport but need binoculars to identify some aircraft.If you like a big mug of tea coffee,bring your own as only have small cups.We like milk in tea or coffee ,so order a bottle from 7 11 .WE LIKE THIS HOTEL AND AFTER COVID WOULD STAY HERE PRIOR TO FLYING HOME
