  Amazing hotel, superb staff, tasty North Indian style food

  We visited in June 2019 with family. First of all location is just 5 to 10 minute walking distance from mini Switzerland, which is quite convinient. USP of the hotel are rooms, all rooms are sunrise facing so once you wake up in the morning you can view mesmerising sun rise from room and balcony. Staff are quite helpful in all aspects. The thing which I most liked is the food, tasty and healthy food at least someone is there able to provide taste of North Indian or punjabi style food. So next time if anyone plan to visit khajjiar, just try to stay there to feel superb hospitality. Once again great job done by Mr. Arpit and Mr. Suresh by converting our dinner in to next day Lunch as we got late to reach hotel in short notice.

  Awesome experience

  It was a wonderful stay. The location, staff, food, services were excellent. Especially Mr. Suresh and his service was awesome. Would love to visit the place again. Thanks to Mr. Arpit too for the hospitality.

  Nice place to stay

  I stayed at this Resort (Although it is not a big Property) with my family. The place, staff and food ... everything was really good. Along with the nature, it was a nice experience to stay. I recommend the travellers to directly book the room... and not through any portal.

  A stay with bare minimum resources

  Though I can't totally blame them for the conditions given the height at which the resort is located but they didn't even have a decent heater which could warm the room at -3 C. Hot water was available only from 7 to 11 in the morning. Food was pathetic and the service even worse.

  Worst check in experience of my life...ever

  Stayed in over 100+ hotels in my life but this is by far the worst check in experience ever!!!! Read on. So we drive to this resort after a 15 hour drive from Shimla...a 13 member large family (3 couples, 6 kids in the 2-15 yrs bracket, 1 senior citizen)..our nightmare started the min we reached within 500 mtrs of this lousy resort. The approach road was extremely dangerous and unmotorable, more so as we were in a 16 seater tempo. Upon checking in at 130am on a freezing Xmas night the sleepy disinterested front office person flatly refused to give portable room heaters. He said nothing can be done now, come back in the morning.This was despite us having given specific instructions prior to travel asking for heaters given its peak winter here. We had to literally beg n plead. Somehow managed to get 2 heaters. Other 2 rooms slept without heaters. In the room there was no soap, no coffee or tea satchet. Even roadside dhabas have better basic amenities.
