  Fantastic little gem

  What a fantastic little place to stay. Quiet and conveniently located. Fantastic rate! We stayed for 12 nights with 6 adults, 1 teenager and a child. Not cramped at all. Loads of space, very comfortable. 2 fantastic pools. Ally the manager is absolutely outstanding!! Amazing, friendly and very helpful. She knew all the best places to go and had great prices for activities. Ate at the cafe onsite 3xs. Their breakfasts, eggs Benny, pancakes and caramel lattes are to die for! Will stay again!

  Beautiful setting, great facility

  We stayed just three nights and loved every minute. Pool was awesome and the focus of each day. Enjoyed the great lagoon pool and reef tours from the harbour right at our front door. A fantastic place to chill out.

  Shingley Beach Resort

  This is the perfect setting overlooking the Marina. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in required quite a lot of attention. It really required a good scrub especially the bathroom. I had to reclean the toilet but the shower screen just needed replacing. I also had to rewash all the cutlery and crockery. If you are happy to reclean a quiet and pretty place to stay.

  A slice of paradise

  My stay of 11 nights was fantastic! The ocean view studio was spacious, well appointed, clean with a fantastic view of the Coral Sea - just perfect with 2 pools to choose from and The Rainbow Cafe on site, it was tempting not to go out! With friendly and phenomenal service from the staff always with a smile to look after your needs and organise everything from car hire to day trips to the Reef made Shingley Beach Resort an easy way to holiday. A leisurely 15 minute walk into Airlie Beach via the boardwalk is close enough to be enjoyable with so much to see along the way. Definitely a slice of paradise to return to again.

  Really Good Stay, Great Location

  This hotel has great facilities and is in a great location, the room was great and even before I arrived I was impressed with the service when I emailed them to book an airport transfer. The staff were very friendly and helpful before I arrived and asked me to provide my flight details and how to get the key from the safe as I arrived after the office had closed. The room was really nice and had a great view of the marina, the hotel is only a short walk from the centre of town and a quick walk to the marina and boathouse. Styaed here for 3 nights and the restaurant here offers a decent selection of food for breakfast. The only thing that wasn't that great about the hotel was that the aircon wasn't working properly but the fan over the bed was good enough to cool the room down at night.
