    The Cresston Hotel Shibuya. Great location and community feel.

    Family of three stayed here on first trip to Japan and we would totally recommend it. The hotel is small enough that the staff know who you are and what your preferences are as well as your needs and movements. Ideally located just a pleasant short walk from everything in Shibuya. Restaurants, shopping and crowds are ten minutes walk away. Yet when you get back to around the hotel you feel part of the local more quiet and simple community. The hotel room was great. Very clean and a good size for Japan. Daily room clean and tidy was a godsend. Service was amazing. Above and beyond anything you could expect. Wonderful attention to detail. We would love to stay there again and recommend to everyone.

    JUST THE PLACE TO STAY IN SHIBUYA

    The hotel is tucked away in a side street but walking distance to the train station, stores, restaurants and Shibuya Crossing. If you're up to it, once can also walk to Harajuku. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The entire staff are very courteous, helpful and accommodating. It's easy to talk to them in English. If you're after a big hotel with spacious lobby and several floors, this is not for you. But I prefer a small hotel that's cozy and doesn't have the noise and distractions of big crowds of travelers so this was one was very good for me.

    Great place to stay in shibuya

    My parents and I we spent 6 days in this hotel and was simply perfect, clean great location and friendly and helpful staff. Near to the subway station and a lot of restaurants also very safe place 100% recommended

    Great Place to Stay In Shibuya

    Spent almost a week in this quaint hotel of the quiet part of Shibuya . I like its closeness to the happening place since we really wanted to experience Halloween. It was located strategically for our home base while staying in Tokyo. The walk to Shibuya station wasnt bad , maybe about 10 mins, but the walk to Don Quixote was more closer which I think was a plus . And a lot of nice small restaurants that serve authentic Japanese cuisine . It may be a bit outdated in terms of interior of the hotel and the rooms , but the rooms are pretty big . And if there was any problem that we encountered , they fix it really fast . Their customer service is excellent! I will always keep Shibuya Creston on top of my Places to stay in Tokyo.

    Fantastic rooms, service and location

    We stayed 3 nights. Our room was PALATIAL - the Suite above Reception. Simply the largest hotel room I have ever had anywhere. Service was superb, including fabulous breakfast in a beautiful dining area. Very quiet location, but with lovely local bars and restaurants, and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Shibuya. If you head in the other direction, you can walk to Yoyogi park in 10 minutes. We actively want to return as soon as possible. Thank you Shibuya Creston!
