  muy buena opcion para saigon

  los departamentos son enormes, buena pileta, muy buena ubicaciòn, en la zona de embajadas puedes caminar a los sitios màs interesantes de saigon, a pocas cuadras de museos, del mercado, etc. En nuestro viaje eramos 4 pax. segun booking.com tendrìamos que haber alquilado un departamento de 3 habitaciones, pero perfectamente reservas un depto de 2 habitaciones (como si fueras 3 pax) y te sobra el lugar. en la recepciòn no te hacen ningun problema. El servicio, al igual que el desayuno es 10 puntos

  Hotel Excelente

  Nos hospedamos, en este hotel del día 05/08/2019 al 07/082019, cuatro personas. Nos dieron un apartamento, increíble, 3 habitaciones, 2 lavabos, cocina, impresionante. El desayuno espectacular, así como el personal, muy buenos todos, tiene piscina y gimnasio. Es un hotel muy céntrico, cerca de la catedral y edificio de correos, palacio presidencial, mercado, etc.

  Excellent apartment, pleasant stay.

  Family of 4 stayed 10 days in 3br apartment, then extended for another 4 because the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful making our stay a very pleasant experience. Rooms were clean, laundry washer & dryer was very convenient. Full size fridge and kitchen was put to good use, especially with the co-op mart closeby. The only slight negative was the shower over bathtub which was hard for mum (80 yo)to climb over.

  Excellent location, fantastic staff, spacious!

  We (4 people) stayed in a 3-bedroom/2bath twice during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, especially during our check-in at 2am! The apartment was well equipped and spacious, and had daily housekeeping. We had enough room to have our own space, but also have gatherings with others that were traveling with us but staying elsewhere. Once inside the building, the hustle and bustle of HCMC was kept at bay, and we rarely heard the noise of the city. Toiletries, bottled water, coffee/tea were replenished daily. Internet in the room and building worked very well. Wall air conditioners were in each bedroom and the living room and gave each of us the ability to manage the temperature in our rooms to our liking. We made good use of the wash machine and dryer. There was also space to hang clothes to dry which we used. We had gowns and a suit dry cleaned via the hotel laundry service, and thought it was a bit expensive. However, it was one-day service and very convenient (out by 9am, back by 7pm). The kitchen had service for 6 people, pots, pans, glasses, coffee/tea cups, a full refrigerator, stove top, microwave, hot water pot and toaster. Having the kitchen was very nice! Smoking was allowed outside the main entrance or on the balcony of our room. The nearby Co-Op store was very convenient for food and various sundries; more so when the staff showed us the back entrance to the hotel thru the pool area and ally. This shortcut made the short walk to the Co-OP a little more pleasant as it did not have parked scooters or moving scooters to avoid on the sidewalk. Taxi service was great and a VINASUN taxi employee is at the location during the day and evening to assist with taxis, otherwise the security personnel assisted with getting taxis. The reception staff also called for our 0430am taxi to the airport (100,000 VND) and it was waiting for us upon check out. We found the location to be quite easy to walk to the Reunification Palace, the War Remnants Museum, Ben Thanh Market, Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, the Opera House, Post Office, BITEXCO building, Nguyen Street. The hotel has a shuttle van that runs hourly to various places and drops people off. We rode the shuttle on our first day in country for the whole route just to sight-see. It was comfortable, however I was not sure how pick-up would happen if we did get off the shuttle, so we took taxis or walked. We booked two trips with VIATOR, and both picked up at this hotel. All in all, a well managed hotel, very comfortable and convenient for our two 1-week stays in Ho Chi Minh City. I would highly recommend for anyone traveling with a group (4-5 people) or families.

  4* aparthotel with limited facilities

  Stayed for 2 nights in Feb 2020. I want to say first, while I enjoyed this accommodation it wasnt what I expected, advertised as 5*, however this is my first visit to Vietnam and maybe this is the norm here. Booked an executive 3 bed apartment, and it was clean, but not as spacious as the pics and the bathrooms were really tired and could do with a refurb. Great location, 5 mins walk from The Palace. There is a great supermarket across the street from the back entrance. Staff were great and helped with any questions. Breakfast was included and was really good. We also are here for dinner on night one as we were so tired and that was good too. Good price for what we paid, but it is a 4* at best.
