  Rude Front Office staff (Mr Cetric) and Front Office Manager (Mr Juno)

  Worst communication among their own colleagues and to my guest. The FO manager (Mr Juno) was too rude and not professional enough to handle just a small matter and trying to find fault of me. I was my guests booker only. Simply charge my guest credit card without guest approval, no receipt been given no matter is deposit, authorise credit card or full amount upon check in. I hope this message can reach your General Manager. This is extremely not acceptable even tot it is 3 stars hotel.

  'A Night Stay'

  A reasonable place to stay for the night, comfortable with basic amenities. Enjoy our coffee and tea while watching our late TV news. Please take note that your bath towels are old and worn out, bathroom glass panels and tiles wall need a good scrub. Other than that good breakfast are served.

  Do not stay!

  I can not recommend NOT choosing this accommodation enough, to list some of the issues 1. Room smells and is full of mildew 2. Bathroom full of mould 3. Carpets filthy and stained 4. Bed extremely uncomfortable 5. Room furniture falling apart and presents as a hazard 6. Sheets on both beds full of holes 7. Chain on door broken 8. Chair is room badly stained 9. Card access to door barely working. Took three attempts to even get it to lock 10. Check in staff extremely rude. 11. Tiles extremely slippery presenting as safety hazard and no bath mat provided Im sure there were more negatives... Do NOT stay

  Good location

  The hotel located near to 24 hours convenience store and there are few good restaurant around it. Wet and dry market located 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Wifi quite good. Room is ok since it is for short stay.

  Is an Old Hotel (looks good apperance only)

  I have stayed in this Hotel for a night and found that the room is not up to the expectation as in their website.. i rather not to recommend to stay in this hotel but you really have not much choice in Tawau.. there are some other clean hotel surrounding, i think.. they need to really do cleaning / room service properly.. can found hair in the blanket, mattress, pillow.. irritating when seeing those hairs.. they sprayed scent smell in everywhere.. anyway, room cleanliness is the main probably.. other than room looks old.. receptionist counter is good.. no comment on that..
