  Not as advertised

  The pictures definitely looked better than the property actually was. Rooms were old and not well maintained. Room smelled very musty. Bathroom was very outdated. Showerhead was barely at 5 foot. TV did not pick up any channels.

  deserves better than 1 star

  Friendly staff, good location, average room. No complaints plus the price is great. My only suggestion would be to add small trash can for guests to clean up. We were concerned with the 1 star rating, but it definitely deserves better than 1 star

  It's located in an area with easy access to major areas of Sherman.

  They expect you to have the understanding, that during you stay with them you are at their mercy, or you are free to leave. Roaches, worn out carpets, mattresses and carpets which could be 20 years old, and a lousy housekeeping staff. The weekly rates are good, but they expect you to compromise if they fail to deliver service, and if you ask them why they wont hesitate to fight you too. One night getting back to the room after a long day, I got into a heated debate with the arrogant front desk staff, I left the front desk upset for not being able to get few pillow cases for those dirty pillows in the room, I had to defend myself from not being accused as a rude customer, and in vain the dear staff assured me Karma will reward me ! I prefer to call him Mr. Karma hereafter. Keep in mind the housekeeping staff will pretend that they dont speak or understand english, but will sure respond to you in English, if you say ' I pay you extra money'

  We didnt stay & got our dough back!

  Rust dont sleep neither do bugs. We got outa there faster than we got in this Inn - bed had a body imprint beneath the comforter out-refunded-lastnight. Not recommended, shouldnt be on-sight. Keep partying! TW

  Awesome

  This place is a family friend environment.They are kind and love pets. they make you feel welcome and Safe. they love animals. they do not mind you bringing in your animals to front desk with you. I have no problem with the staff. the manager is awesome her name is Denise she make sure your knees are taken care of and concerns. she makes you feel comfortable and she tries her best to help you with any concerns or problems. the overnight lady is sweet and carries a great conversation with you. they love kids. it is hard for my kids to feel comfortable with people and they feel comfortable with them and Carries On a conversation with them. the housekeepers are also fantastic they told me my room. is pretty clean but they still will clean it housekeeping do speak English and they are very polite. if you have any concerns or problems during business hours they try to make. sure your needs are taken care of and problems they are family loved I highly recommend them. as long as you don't start a problem with them you are fine keep to yourself and this is a fantastic place keep it up guys. I've almost been here for three months and I've never had a problem with the staff or housekeeping they try their best to keep it a composite and drama-free place they will do their best to their ability to make sure you are comfortable in your own room. all the negativity sayings on here about them I have not found one that is true.
