  Excelente hotel. Muy buena atención de todo su personal. Altamente dispuestos a satisfacer mis necesidades. Muy bien úbicado con dos shoppings a pocas cuadras. Amplia variedad de comida para todos los gustos y culturas. Excelente pileta y gimnasio. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y muy completas. El baño excelente y muy bien provisto. Hay wifi en todo el hotel. Es un hotel altamente recomendable.

  Great customer services with excellent facilities

  It is a hotel that is worth the 5-star status as they have gone above and beyond their required service to ensure I had an excellent stay. Rooms are large and it has everything a business traveller requires. Ironing board, sperate table to work. nice sofa to relax with a beer after a long day. I love the fact that the bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower. There are lots of chrome bits that will attract fingerprints, however, during my stay, I can say that the cleaners have done an exceptional job of ensuring that everything is wiped down. The bath towels are soft and have a mild floral fragrance. I love the shampoo conditioner and shower foam that was provided by the hotel. They not only smell good, I feel that they are better than most shower foams on the market. An incident that both disappoints but impresses me is, there is cigarette smell coming through the toilet vent. At day 3, the smell was so overpowering, it felt as if someone has smoked in my room. I had asked for a non-smoking floor and was surprised that there was cigarette smell emitting into the room. I completed the hotel 3 times over the last 4 days, but they were unable to find the root of the smell. They offered to change room for me. When I came back, the front desk recognised me and got someone to help me move my luggage to a new floor. They even gave me a bottle of wine and a handwritten apology note. I was impressed by how they handled the situation. Excellent service, great hotel.

  Good Food, good hospitality

  I was tired, and was exhausted; outside was biting chill, yet once I entered, I was highly welcome by Fiona with her lovely smile and most professional approach. Checking in experience was very quick, it was just because of Fiona. Very proficient. Once done, Bruce accompanied me to my Room and it was 2020, though high floor but near high rise buildings were blocking view. Fiona suggested me Shine SPA, yes I was completely reborn from all my tiredness. Then at the lounge, very quite and relaxing, watching city of Tianjin while having a sip on Sauvignon Blanc. And finally had Sheraton Signature Sleep. I had really good experience during my short stay. But welcome fruit platter must be more nicely packed and presented. The buffet spread was vast, specially the seafood section. Another, good addition was Bene Italian restaurant, had not good but okay wine collection.

  Good hotel

  Good Sheraton hotel, in the heart of TEDA. The staff is very friendly and helpful with good speaking English and the room is always kept clean and tidy. The room itself is very spacious on good standards. Gym and pool of a good size and well equipped. I didot try the 2 restaurants : Italian and Chinese but the buffet needs a bit of improvement: good selection of beverage but the food should, in my opinion, have a bit more selection. In any case the menu "a la carte" is good too. Only one comment: I went twice to the bar for a drink but it was not attended by the staff.

  Lovely

  Big spacious room with all essentials. Very comfortable too. My room had an office area which made getting work done very comfortable. It also had a nice restaurant in the ground floor. Will stay again if I need to.
