    Excelente hotel, le resta puntos su ubicacion

    El hotel es excelente, habitaciones muy amplias y confortables, con todas las necesidades resueltas. Su ubicacion en una zona de oficinas, es inapropiada para los turistas, ya que no hay restaurantes ni negocios abiertos al atardecer. Lo unico resctable es que esta al lado de la I 95

    Necesita una renovación

    Da la sensación de un hotel que supo ser importante pero que requiere de una urgente renovación (de pintura, alfombras y muebles en general). Lo mejor que tiene es que sus suites son muy espaciosas y cómodas. Bien ubicado para un viaje de negocios

    Horrible Experience

    I will never ever stay here again & would advise others not to stay. I was charged a misc charge of $250 for apparently smoking in the room, but after trying several times to contact hotel no one ever responded. I had to contact Sheraton customer service on the Marriott bonvoy site after I made a complaint & basically got run around from them as well. They said had proof of the smoking in the room but I never received evidence of this & made another complaint & still have not received a response. There customer service is horrendous plus while we stayed I had to walk pass a homeless man in front of the hotel as well as a homeless person walking through the lobby. Upon entering & exiting the parking lot there were two homeless man outside of it, one had his hand down his pants. Also during my stay construction took place the next morning & it was not noted on their website or when I checked in by the front desk. I did not feel safe in this hotel either, I put a chair in front of my hotel room door. Take my advice never ever stay here.

    No hot water, shower drain slow, guest room doors opened on floor, no management response!

    Please don't let the location ( which is a good location) or the tout of this property going through renovation fool you to think that you will have a good experience....you wont... We stayed at this property this past Labor Day weekend from Friday to Sunday. Upon entering, the front desk gentleman told us they are going thru a renovation, and mentioned restaurant is closed due to covid 19, ( which we understood) we checked in and then left hotel as we had an appointment to meet some people in another part of town... we came back late that night and upon going to our room ( which there was no room number -420) i saw several doors across from us pushed slightly opened... i didnt think anything of it then an we went in room upon taking a shower.. the water could barely get lukewarm( closer to cold) and the water was so slow going down, i could not take a shower for more than a few minutes. We went to front desk early the next morning, told the front desk gentleman about it....he said he would have maintenance fix issue with hot water....he never offered a room change, which let me know there is an issue with hot water throughout hotel but we said ok Upon return saturday night after a full day out... NO HOT Water in shower... i could also tell..no one came in room oh by the way..the other guest rooms... still opened... why would you put guests on a floor where other doors are opened?? were they doing renovations on those rooms? Either way, this is not safe!!! we told front desk about issue again and asked for some sort of compensation... he told us since booking was through expedia he cant help us... I told the gentleman that we are both Marriott Envoy Gold members, so there must be something he could do... ) ie... reimburse us with points...give a discount...i travel alot...this can be done)...but he said no... i then asked for manager and he said she( Liz) would be in on Sunday Sunday morning... we go to front desk...ask for Liz... front desk lady calls Liz... Liz tells her she is cleaning rooms(?) then Liz says she is not on property and we should leave our number.. which we did... we go for breakfast....and dont leave until 11....no call from Liz i then emailed the General Manager, Mr Chapman on Sunday before we left.. Still no response from him.... But he sent us a survey! really... this place is not cheap, but they treat patrons in a cheap, unresponsive , and unprofessional manner... DONT Give them your money! Stay at the DUpont Hotel ( which we stayed at 2 weeks before and had a great experience) or the other hotels by the Riverwalk

    True Customer Service

    I had a mistake on my reservation (incorrect dates) I returned to my room, key didnt work! Went to front desk, there were actually 2 people ahead of me, they were serviced in less than 5-7 minutes! I explained to Marcel the situation, he than explained protocol for checking in, and assisted me to what I feel was his furthest ability!!! A1 service
