  dormir como un bebe

  El ruido de las cascadas y unas camas super comodas hacen que descances como un bebe. Muy linda la terraza que tiene el hotel al lado de la piscina y el jacuzzi que nos sirvio de marco para muchas charlas al aire libre y disfrutando de la cascada

  Pleasant Stay

  Great location and front desk staff was super friendly! Ally made our check in easy and quick. She knew we had been traveling all day and her hospitality really made our night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average at the hotel restaurant. Nothing fancy and a bit overprice for what you got. The staff was attentive and friendly. Scenery was beautiful so I'm sure that was why the price of the restaurant was high. There was a police officer at the front desk a couple of the nights we were there. Not sure what that was about. Maybe working a security detail? I believe there was a wedding party at the hotel so they were kind of careless and not concerned about other guests. We were passing through Ohio and knew it was a "hot spot" for Covid so that was the most unpleasant thing about our stay. We did wish they had signage about one family at a time in the elevators. Some of the guests were not following the social distancing guidelines and that made us quite nervous. Other than that, our stay was great.

  Nice spur of the moment trip

  The Happy Go Lucky Traveler needed to get away and just go somewhere so I randomly picked a week long trip to Ohio. My first stop was Sheraton Suites. First of all, I was really impressed with the efforts the staff made to keep customers and staff safe. Everyone wore masks, kept social distancing, and the room had sanitizers. The room was very clean. This was a reasonably priced hotel and across the street are some quaint eateries. Staff was friendly. I appreciated the brand loyalty recognition and I was given an upgrade. The only small disappointment was the restaurant food, but we are in a pandemic so I realize that the restaurant probably wasn't able to offer its best at the time. I would stay here again and Cuyahoga Falls is a pleasant town to stop through.

  Beautiful hotel - amazing location next to the falls!

  We stayed here while visiting Stan Hywet at Christmas. This hotel is amazing! Of course, during covid everything is a bit strange so not a lot of people here at all. Front desk very courteous and helpful. We had a room facing the falls and absolutely loved the view! It was snowing and just gorgeous! The falls are so loud you can hear them on the 4th floor through the glass and we thought that was great. Lots of glass here, glass elevators, glass walls. We thought it strange that a big long desk was in front of the big window in the living room. We had to look out the window in the bedroom to see the falls as you couldn't get close enough to the window in the other room to see anything. Room spotless and we felt very comfortable here.

  Nice Location in a nice town

  Property is located right on the falls with the restaurant overlooking the lovely view. Cant beat the view. Check in was efficient and front desk staff was friendly and made a good first impression. Lobby elevators were slow and the right one didnt seem to be working at all. With the social distancing, you might be there awhile. Luckily, those arent the only elevators and it would be helpful if front desk pointed this out. Hotel seemed fairly full with a lot of children roaming about. I got the impression this hotel is a weekend party hotel and a place where traveling teams stay. Kids were racing up and down the halls constantly in packs of 5-10 at a time. I typically stay in hotels >150 nights a year (even in 2020 with the pandemic) and feel like Im pretty fair. Im not super picky. The good: Front desk staff is solid. Hotel location is fantastic with easy walks to bars and restaurants. Room size was good. We had a king suite. Very comfortable bed. Shower had good pressure and a variety of streams. View from restaurant is excellent. Things to improve: Room maintenance could be better. There was a tear in lamp shade. Sliding door between bedroom and sitting area had a gap. Probably just misaligned. Missing faceplate on wall outlet for the phone. TV in bedroom would sometimes lose signal on some channels. NBC was one. TV in sitting area was too small. Hook on bathroom door was broken off. Vent above shower was caked in dust. Hadnt been cleaned in ages. Towel rack to shower is too close and at head height which, if not careful, you will hit your head on it. With Covid, most hotels arent at capacity which means it could have been a good time for this property to audit their rooms and make repairs and clean those vents that get overlooked. Overall Id probably stay here again because the location is great but a few maintenance and cleanliness issues prevents me from rating this property a 4 or 5. If there was a 3.5 rating option on TripAdvisor Id probably rate it at 3.5.
