  Spend a day at this hotel with kids. Very nice facility and friendly staff. Want to give five stars to Nancy at front desk. She is very patient to deal with very loud customers. Another five stars want to go to Alex (?), who is vey kindly to helping my kids to get their bike ride ready. Thank you, a great vacation experience.

  Great stay!

  We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. Great spg plat recognition! We were upgraded to lake view suite and the view was breathtaking! The entire staff were so nice and attentive. We had a bathroom issue with our suite on day 3 and we escalated it. The manager came and arranged for us an identical room on 13th floor. The outdoor pools are not open yet due to the weather but you can tell its a very fun pool with a pool side bar and childrens pool and everything. I enjoyed the indoor pool which is very nicely sized for workouts (25m by 10m). The locker room was also very clean and had all the steam room and whirlpool etc. The location is perfect. This hotel is located in a gated high end community. The area not only has panoramic view of the beautiful lake but also a long and nicely constructed pedestrian walkway, which is great for a leisurely walk or biking. The area is also close to many lake themed restaurants and shops nearby, where you can have fish head soup. The ride to the high speed railway station is about 30mins. It is such an enjoyable ride because you get to see the amazing lake and islands and roadside gardens. The breakfast is standard. It has a decent collection of hot food and noodle and egg stands. Some minor minuses to be mindful of. The club lounge is a weak link. During our stay there they didnt have white wine or bottle water (which is ridiculous because you can get bottled water for free at the lobby). Youd need to ask the attendant to get water. The food is actually fine. Some fried snacks and simple appetizers. The fruit platter and cookie and nuts are available all day long. The view on the 17th floor is great though.

  Poor check-in and allergic reaction

  Let's look at the pros: - location - view But these can be found elsewhere. Cons - staff communication titling towards 'singling out ethnic groups' , whether that's poor training, zero situational understanding, or just part of the Sheraton culture - I am not sure. - I am sensitive to dust. I woke up after one night with a heavy reaction and had to vacate the room to recover.

  Very enjoyable stay

  In my opinion, this hotel offers one of the best views in China. If you are planning to stay here, be sure to ask for a room with the lake view. The rooms overlook the majestic thousand island lake, against the picturesque backdrop of mountains. One can just sit for hours to admire this beautiful view. The 5-star hotel comes with a multiple food and beverage outlets. It also has a full scale gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with sauna and steam room in the changing rooms. It also houses a spa. We signed up to take the island hop tour at the tour desk within the hotel. The 4.5 hours tour covers two stops and 6 islands (first stop cover 5 small islands). Moonlight island This consist of 5 small islands where each one offers a different experience. You can opt to pay 40 RMB for a row boat trip from Fishing Island to the next one. For those who prefer adventure, you can also opt to cross the island via Flying Fox style. Meifeng Island This is the island that offers the best view of the islands of Qiandao Lakes. There is a cable car ride that cost 60 RMB for the journey up and down the hill. Alternatively, you can also choose to climb up and it is not too strenuous and the climb should not take more than 15 minutes each way. The view is indeed spectacular where one will get to see more than 300 islands from the East viewing area. The view from the West area is obstructed by very tall pine trees. There is also a Chinese restaurant at the foot of the hill to feed those who cannot wait to return to the main island.

  Man and Nature Resort Hotel

  Recently checked in the hotel. It is very generous upgrade room type. All three days are served in the hotel restaurant. The food is really great. The service is very attentive. In addition, special thanks to Miss Ava Bao, who warmly recommended the surrounding scenic spots and offered her help in the restaurant. Her perfect service made my trip more enjoyable.The chance will come again.
