  Very comfortable

  Clean air in hotel was nice with so much wildfire smoke in the air outside. Very nice and accommodating staff. Good food at little restaurant. Had to evacuate due to fires so was very pleased they had a room.

  Very Pleasant Stay

  Stayed at this Sheraton while passing through Portland for 1 night. The stay was very pleasant and overall I would recommend this hotel to friends. As the name states, this location is on the outskirts of town near the airport. The location is very convenient and close to the cascades shopping center. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Parking is $15/night which compared to other places its very fair in my opinion. They are also very pet friendly and there is no added fee! The pool/hot tub area is closed due to the pandemic (no surprise there) but the gym is open! There is also a restaurant/bar in the lobby that is also open and the food was delicious. Upon checkout we were given an extended check out time of 2pm! If you travel a lot you know this is almost unheard of, so THANK YOU Sheraton! If I had to choose 1 thing I could change it would the fact that the TV is wall mounted. (tbh I'm embarrassed to even say this haha) But while traveling one thing I like to do is binge watch some Netflix while relaxing late at night so I always bring my Apple TV along with me. The HDMI port is on the back of the TV and the TV is mounted flush with the wall and cannot be removed. (Again I get this is super petty haha but its literally the only thing I could think of changing.) OH 1 MORE THING. THEY HAVE AMAZING WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER! Haha. Cheers

  Nicely done Sheraton Portland Airport

  Been a while since I've tried a Sheraton,glad I chose this one. Very fast and friendly airport shuttle. Friendly check in treated to upgrade in a giant suite. Clean, quiet, never heard a peep from airport next door, comfortable bed. Liked the shampoo, soap, etc. The executive lounge was perfect for breakfast and hors d'oeuvre with drinks in the evening. Friendly staff there too. Entire staff at this place gets customer experience!

  Out bound for Mexico

  Old hotel. Walls are thin. Food ok. Would not stay again. Popcorn ceiling if you know how old that is. Lol. Needs to be remodeled. Beds are comfy tho. Not sure what else to say. Trip advisor wants more. I think Ive said enough. It was cold and snowy the day we left.

  Clean and comfortable

  I stay at this hotel anytime my colleagues and I have a short overnight near the airport. This hotel continues to be one of my favorites and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when I am in the area. The rooms are spotlessly clean and in top condition. You can really tell the housekeeping and engineering take great pride in taking care of this hotel. The staff at this hotel constantly set the bar higher and higher. The front desk agent who checked us in (near midnight on 3/5) could not have been more welcoming and warm! She made she we had everything we needed. Gavin took good care of me at the restaurant/Starbucks in the morning, making me a delicious latte and breakfast sandwich. And Lane, a fixture of this hotel, was there, as usual, waiting at the shuttle to help us get back to the airport safely and quickly with a smile. I promise you won't ever be disappointed at this hotel. The General Manager Mike does such a great job at leading this great team. Can't wait to be back! Eric B
