  Buena relación calidad precio

  Habitación muy amplia y luminosa, con cama muy confortable. El baño separado de la zona de dormir por una mampara transparente (escamoteable) goza de todos los servicios necesarios. Buffet de desayuno muy completo. Extraordinaria simpatía y disposición de un personal muy profesional. Muy buenas Instalaciones, cercanas al lujo, para un precio muy aquilatado

  Great choice for staycation!

  The beds, the pillows, and the sheets were all great. They were so comfortable. We had a great night sleep! We got the corner room so it was spacious and we had 2 windows with 2 different views so that was a bonus! The kids loved watching the trains go by. The bathroom was very beautiful. I wouldn't blame anyone who takes a selfie here. Water pressure was great, hot water flowed fine with no hiccups and the toiletries complemented the bathtub experience perfectly. The bubbles were aplenty and the scent was very soothing. The TV and satellite channel were functioning(you would be surprised how other hotels can't get this working properly). I watched an EPL match during our stay and managed to catch a movie I have been wanting to watch on HBO. Overall a great staycation option!

  Service at feast restaurant

  I had dinner on 30/12/20 and was extremely pleased with the service! Firstly thanks to asri to help me book the dinner and thanks to nurul & durgha try to fulfill our needs.. The foods was great!! My fav section was the sushi & ice seafood.. Very fresh!! Will recommend to my friends for sure.. Ohh and dont forget about the strict SOP their following.. Making sure only the chef get the food then pass to the guest.. It was a great experience!!

  Casual meeting

  Has been in Chime Cigar Lounge, the atmosphere is very calm and comfortable, ordered fish and chips, pasta aglio olio very tasty and satisfying. Thanks to staff Ms Rini and Mr. Haikal for the warm welcome and friendly. Excellent service. Definitely will come again.

  Perfect Staycation Amidst this Pandemic

  My husband and I stayed at Sheraton PJ during the conditional movement control order in Malaysia. As a platinum member, we were treated with amazing hospitality throughout our stay. In fact, we love it so much that we stayed there twice in one month! Room : We were upgraded to the Sheraton Club King Room. No suites upgrades unfortunately as all suites were apparently taken on both of our visits. Executive Lounge : I applaud Sheraton PJ for keeping their high standards despite this trying times. On our first visit, we were given an ala carte set menu which consisted of pizza, club sandwiches, fried noodles, dessert, unlimited fresh fruit juices and unlimited beer, wine and a handful of spirits selection. On our second visit, we were served a proper afternoon tea set and 2 mains. Despite being hit bad by the pandemic, Sheraton PJ strived to maintain the amazing hospitality and benefits for their platinum members. Pool : This was closed unfortunately due to the restrictions. Gym : The hotel maintains a strict SOP whereby only 3 guests were allowed at any one time in their gym. To use the gym, guest would need to book a slot from the front desk and at he designated slot, a staff will be there to let us in to the gym. I have to say, Sheraton PJ's gym offers one of the most spectacular views of the PJ skyline. Breakfast : Again, amazing selection of food. We were given a set menu which we were free to order whichever item that we wanted. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food quality was good. SOP was maintained where adequate social distancing was enforced. All in all, what an amazing stay despite multiple covid restrictions that have been imposed on hotels. I would highly recommend everyone to stay in this branch despite being in a pandemic!
