  Excelente ubicación y vista, pésimas camas

  Esta ubicado muy bien, cercano a lugares de entretenimiento, comidas y cenas. Tiene cerca el museo naval y algunas otras atracciones a minutos de distancia, el único problema es la cama, son viejas, rechinaba y te hundes lo cual no hace le descanso optimo.

  Ms. Mimi and staff are awesome!

  We stay frequently at the Sheraton Waterside. I was so nervous about dropping my son off for his freshman year at ODU. When the staff at the hotel asked "what brings you here?" I immediately spilled my tears. Ms. Mimi, the hotel staff and the breakfast staff were so sweet and kind to us. There is no other place to stay as far as I'm concerned when I'm in that area!- Joyce

  Sleep in the park before you waste money here

  I stayed here for one night. I asked for a late checkout. Around 10am, a combination of marijuana and tobacco came billowing through the ventilation system in my room. The smell was so horrible that my eyes started to water, I couldnt stop coughing and I felt like I was going to throw up. I remained sick for several hours after with a turning stomach. I called the front desk immediately. They said theyd have someone check it out. Meanwhile I gathered all my belongings, got dressed and went down to the front desk making sure I would not be charged for the smell in my room. The girl at the front desk shrugged and said since I complained about the smell I wouldnt think so. I walked a quarter mile down the street to bring my vehicle around because the hotel ran out of spaces to park on site. I spoke to a manager before I left and she was apologetic for the smoke smell forcing me out of the room without offering another space for me to stay for the few hours. A few days later I looked at my credit card statement and Ive been charged for overnight parking at the hotel even though I parked overnight down the street. I called the hotel and they told me to call back when a different manager was there to deal with the account. This charge shouldve been reversed immediately - as I did not leave my vehicle on site. This hotel experience was worse than when I was stuck in a snowstorm in Philadelphia. The only room available was a motel 6 that had no cover on the toilet tank. I wouldve preferred to stay there again over the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel. I travel often and this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had.

  My stay at the Norfolk Sheraton hotel

  Best experience I have had in Norfolk, great clean location staff are very courteous and sweet hospitality, breakfast had ended at 10am but Mimi was able to help complete my stay and warm my heart when she offered me and my wife breakfast during checking out/ all the staff at this hotel are top notch love you guys

  Great View. Helpful staff. Not so clean

  Great view and location but could be so much more. My first room smelled like smoke. The second smelled better. The room was worn and not very clean. I had to ask someone to come and clean the bathtub and to unclog the drain. They came and the mold was still there. The mirror in the bathroom was broken. The chair was so dirty and worn that I wouldnt sit on it. I couldnt find any sign of food in the lobby that was actually open except the little section that has frozen food. I needed breakfast to go before I left to work and couldnt find anyone in the restaurant. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly. The parking garage is quite a walk if its cold and/or rainy. My vehicle couldnt fit in the garage and there was no way to reserve a spot since valet is closed. The staff did help me find a spot but I think the front lot should still be reserved. I wouldve paid more to be able to keep my vehicle there.
