    Nice hotel, hard beds

    I stayed here for one night while in town for business. This is my second stay here. I love the hotel bar with live music (most nights) and the food in the restaurant bar area is great! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will not stay here again, until they get new mattresses. I slept terribly due to the bed feeling like I was sleeping on concrete. I currently still have neck pain from it. The rooms could use some updating, but the main issue I have with it are the uncomfortable beds. A work friend of mine stayed there as well and said the exact same thing.

    Christmas With Family

    Great stay -as always! This hotel never disappoints! Friendly, helpful staff. Free parking with dining onsite. Live music in the evening. A great location - Half between the great shopping of Cool Springs and the excitement of downtown.

    Very good services in a old hotel

    The hotel is a bit old and might need some renovation. But the services is very good. Location is also very convenient to go into Nashville downtown. There are also very good restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast need to be improved.

    Nice Hotel and Sparkling Service: Worth a Visit. (B+)

    This is a very nice hotel. Ive seen comments that its old. It did not seem old to us. We received very good service the whole time we were staying. Stedman started us off right and he set the tone for our whole visit. The lobby was in good condition as was our room. The hotel is well located near a number of shopping malls. It is not real close to downtown but the freeway is nearby. We visited over Thanksgiving and the hotel was not very busy. We suspect it is popular with business travelers. But holiday visitors should not be discouraged. We would return without hesitation.

    Most Disgusting Hotel I've Ever Stayed At

    When traveling to Brentwood, TN for a recent conference, I decided to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Nashville Brentwood. As a lifetime platinum elite member, I had hoped that my first work trip during the COVID-19 Pandemic would show that Marriott was truly committed to cleanliness. Unfortunately, I could not have been more wrong. When we checked into the hotel on a Tuesday night, we went up to our room, and it was by far the dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. Trash in the trashcans, hair in the sinks and tub, bedding undone. We were appalled and immediately went downstairs to switch rooms. After getting the keys for our second room, we went upstairs and found another disgusting room. There was urine in the toilet, the bedding was undone and looked like someone had slept in the bed recently, the floor was messy. We once again went downstairs and switched rooms. The third room we got was less-bad, but certainly wasn't good. While the floor was dirty, and the bathroom wasn't clean, we decided that it was late, and it didn't seem that the hotel cared at all about cleanliness, so we were unlikely to find another room. The worst part about it, was that once we were in our room, the hotel refused to have housekeeping clean it, even once, to get it to a clean state. Overall, words cannot express how disappointed I am at the poor state of this hotel, and the obvious lack of care that the management has taken during this COVID-19 pandemic. I understand that bookings are down, however, I would think that would mean that the hotel would work harder to please the few guests they have, not just give up entirely and not care about their customers or the cleanliness of their hotel.
