  Lovely Hotel and Center

  Attended conference next door. Great staff who are all very dedicated to their jobs. We had one issue with our first room and were then moved to another immediately. The staff all took great care of us. The restaurant offered a good variety of food and had a nice alcohol selection.

  Mediocre

  I used the app for early check in. Not sure why, it saved absolutely no time. I was only person at the desk and she couldnt get me checked in. She moved to the other terminal and eventually was successful without the wonderful attitude others stated. Same thing happened at checkout. The rooms are dated and the beds old. Im not a big person, but if you are Im not sure how you would manage the toilet because the door provides minimal room. We returned late after ball game, the safety latch had obviously been busted and did not latch properly with the current placement. There are too many hotels in the area for competitive prices and breakfast to stay here again. If youre here for a conference just stay across the parking lot at the Hampton.

  Autism Conference

  The Autism Conference was held at the Reed Center at the Sheraton and was a very lavish, educational event. The staff supplied us with snacks, drinks, candy and had plenty of appropriate vendors for the clientele to mingle with during breaks between sessions. The keynote speakers were wonderful and full of knowledge and experience concerning autism. The hotel made us feel very welcome and was extremely clean.

  Hotel is just ok.

  The rooms are dated and the beds old. The hotel is over do for a remodel everything in hotel is very old, Not exactly what I expected. The staff made all the difference very friendly, even the maintenance man who came up to fix the heater in the room...

  Nice, quiet stay

  My daughter & I just returned from a weekends stay at the hotel; she was attending a dance convention at the adjacent Reed Center. The location is fantastic: very close to shopping and restaurants but secluded in a quiet spot off the interstate. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the huge desk where I could spread out and do some work while we were there. The TV was fairly small (not a problem though), and the room had a small mini-fridge. The AC worked well, and the shower water pressure was excellent. The hotel was very quiet, and the staff we encountered were helpful and nice. I only gave a less-than-stellar ranking because there are touchups that need to be addressed. Our bathroom ceiling showed obvious signs of a recent (if not ongoing) leak from the bathroom above. The configuration of the bathrooms doors to the toilet was also odd and would probably make it difficult for a larger person to use the stool. Overall, the room just needed a freshening up due to some spots on things, which could happen at any hotel. I would definitely stay there again and felt the rate we paid was excellent for the quality of the facilities.
