    Great location to stay for spring training

    Very nice hotel and perfect location to walk to Sloan stadium for spring training games. Good choice of restaurants with thoughtful menus. The pool is nice to catch some rays before/after the game. Good work out room if that is your thing. The park is nice for an early morning walk.

    Dirty sheets...dirtier customer service

    Wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE UNREASONABLE LIKE US AND WANT CLEAN SHEETS AND TOWELS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. They gave us a DIRTY room with DIRTY SHEETS AND TOWELS after check in time of 4 and a wait. When we politely asked for clean sheets at 5pm they said they would be right up. At 10p, there were still DIRTY SHEETS. We called down and could not get anyone. We walked down and asked for sheets. We were told they would be right up. Twenty minutes later we still did not have clean sheets. We approached the desk again ... because we had an early flight and kids to get to bed. We were told we were unreasonable. We got upset. We raised our voices so everyone would know we had no clean sheets to try to make someone care. Eventually the ONE woman who was left by management to deal with 100% capacity hotel brought us sheets. We were called this morning by the manager that we could not reach all night (we tried...even asked the man at the restaurant who the "executive office phone" rolled to) to get the woman help...she walked into our room at that exact time and agreed). The manager called to yell at us this morning... said we were UNREASONABLE. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU UNREASONABLE LIKE US AND WANT CLEAN SHEETS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. At 630am I asked for clean towels. I was told I could not get any until 730am. The man at the desk told another employee that I was an unreasonable guest. Yep. Totally unreasonable to want clean sheets and towels and demand they be so.

    Horrible service and they dont seem to care

    We paid nearly $500 a night to stay here to go to ball games. What a mistake. Room not ready. Finally got room at 4 pm. Next day, no cleaning service even at 2 pm room not serviced. Dirty carpet in room. There is no direct number for housekeeping. Stayed on hold to desk for 10 minutes to get clean towels as we had put ours on shower floor assuming room would be serviced. Finally went to front desk and requested towels which were delivered while we were at dinner but they left the dirty ones in the shower! Restaurant breakfast very good and that staff knew how to take care of people. The parking is so far away and so many cones up blocking lanes you cant figure out where to go. Bottom line, pay $10 to park at the ball park and get a nice room for half of that elsewhere.

    Wonderful Experience that saved my vacation

    I had reservations at another hotel chain that had a lazy river, I had traveled from California to see my autistic son and spend a couple days with him, he loves swimming so that was why I had booked my original hotel, I arrived to a horrible experience and was so thankful to Chuck for saving mone and my son's time together! The hotel was clean, the restuarant was open (limited hours, but it was open!) The pool was wonderful. Staff was attentive, thank you Chuck, Cherisse, and Amy, you really had top notch customer service. You had no issue with my ESA animal, you welcomed as you did us, and that speaks volumes. Sheraton has my business for life.

    Management Doesnt Care about Customer Service

    One reservationist with long line at 10:00 p.m. No room service with no explanation. Bar/restaurant not open until 4:00 despite obvious business available. At 8:00 p.m. 1 bartender, 1 waitress/bartender, 1 server/cleanup guy. Obvious employees were working hard. Tii many customers to handle. All close parking blocked off for no apparent reason. Hard to find entry-way. Weird, huh? Embarrassed for the Sheratons obvious lack. Suite with King $299/night was cramped, no place for luggage, absolutely nothing special, only 4 balconies available and all inward facing towards pool. Regret staying here 100%! Wont stay here again. Loud traffic. Only good thing was walk around the lake. Will stay at the little bit older McCormick Ranch with a better lake, less expensive, private balcony, and a LOT more customer care and service.
