  Excelente hotel en una ubicación que ... no convence

  El hotel es excelente, las habitaciones son amplias sin ser exageradas y bien cuidadas; las facilidades del hotel también son muy buenas: el SPA es más que decente, las salas de conferencias, etc. El restaurante es algo por lo cual se le debe dar puntos adicionales pues no sólo que el lugar es acogedor y bien dispuesto sino que la comida es buena y el servicio es superior. Las camas se sienten con elementos de excelente calidad que ayudan a un descanso superior. Lo que creo le quita puntos es la ubicación pues si bien podría pensarse está cerca de la plaza Taksim las elevaciones hacen que caminar hasta allá no sea una opción, más aún si se toma en cuenta que cerca hay un barrio que en las noches es recomendable. Y si bien el hotel tiene un shuttle hacia y desde dicha plaza creo que podrían compensar el tema de la ubicación aumentando frecuencias de dicho shuttle e incluso incluyendo shuttles a otros puntos de interés de la ciudad. En cualquier caso si consideraría quedarme nuevamente en este hotel pues la atención es de primera!

  perfect stay

  hi my husband and i stayed there about four days. everything was perfect cleanness was great . staff were very friendly and helpfuh and i would like to say special thanx to furkan who helped us a lot.

  Dining from Yusuf and much more!

  After a week of fabulous dinners managed by the dining Genie, Yusuf, and kind and attentive waitress Serra, and exquisite breakfasts organized by Madam Sinem and Esmarin, as well as other helpful staff, we decided to stay for one more week and try their Presidential suite. The accommodations are nicely appointed: there are convenient switches, big TVs, good mattresses and pillows menu, rooms and hotel are very clean. Housekeeping was attentive and not invasive. Reception people always were eager to please, and accommodated our requests throughout our stay. The Concierge service, in particular Furkan and Berat, was very helpful in navigating our journey through pandemic curfews and opening hours, with an exception of Sukru who repeatedly, confidently misinformed us. Overall, we had an excellent experience with few exceptions, and what one should expect of a 5-star hotel. P.S. apologies for misspelling names

  My experience at Sheraton Istanbul

  I really enjoyed my stay my stay at sheraton and all the preparations for our business meeting and all the people who helped make it so good (yusuf, gorkberk) and others. Thanks alot for the pleasant stay Karim Magdy Microsoft Company

  Returning Sheraton for another amazing stay.

  I have looking forward to revisiting the Sheraton Istanbul because they offer their client's tremendous value and service. I want to personally thank Mrs. Nargis and her staff at the front desk for the wonderful chat, taking the time to give me tour of the hotel and lounge, the generous upgrade and the wonderful personalized sweets. My last stay, her staff even took a few minutes and called to the Renaissance Polat Bosphorus hotel in Istanbul to ensure a pleasant and seamless arrival and really cannot thank Mrs. Nargis enough for that. Furthermore, I want to thank Mrs. Simen's wonderful staff: Mr. Yusuf, Mr. Hakan, Mrs. Esmanur and Mrs. Oznur. Every day, their dedication to customer satisfaction helped me maintain my healthy diet while I am away from home and are a credit to the Sheraton Brand. As well, I would like to thank the staff from the Sheraton lounge for the healthy option during evening service. I really enjoyed their grilled seabass and I must confess that was first time I tried such a tasty fish. This dish has inspired me to add sea bass to the food I want cook at home! I want to thank the staff and management for their warm hospitality, organization, and safeguarding the health of everyone at the Sheraton. I look forward to my next stay in Istanbul when I may be able to bring by family for the privledge wonderful Turkish hospitality.
