    Aceptable

    Por el precio y la cadena uno espera más en cuanto a infraestructura pero tiene excelente atención, buenos amenities y excelente gimnasio. Sin duda la ubicación es perfecta y las habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. El desayuno es muy accesible y bueno al igual que la cena en el 2do piso. En planta baja Morton es bastante caro.

    Puede ser una opción para estar cerca del centro de convenciones

    Hotel promedio que está a 100m del centro de convenciones. Hay una comunicación directa por medio del estacionamiento del primer piso. Es muy conveniente para los que atienden una convención. Las habitaciones son normales, lucen algo antiguas. Hay internet en las habitaciones gratuito pero es mala, de baja velocidad. La limpieza no es muy buena, encontré un par de medias sucias y olorosas dentro del armario. El desayuno es algo caro y no muy bueno. Está muy bien situado cerca del puerto y sus tiendas.

    Average one night

    I stayed here for a night while passing through. Check in was easy, the hotel was quiet, and all promised amenities were available. Unfortunately, there was what appeared to be tobacco (presumably from a Black & Mild or Swisher type cigar) was on the bed. When we told the front desk, they didn't have cleaning staff available to promptly change the sheets - so they gave us a new room. The front desk receptionist was VERY personable and even made sure to give us a room on the same floor so we didn't have to walk hard. The issue was undesirable but they handled it beautifully!

    "Seriously!??"

    Check in was a Thursday afternoon arriving around 3:00 pm. after leaving Maine at 6:30 am that morning. Parking was easy with a garage attached to the Hotel, Level G2 will access you to the lobby. Very nice. We had preregistered a month ahead for two nights for around $217.00. Got our key for a room on level 12, lobby was clean and there was sanitizer available so far so good. Room #1 on the 12th floor. Opened the door to cigar odor. Opened the refrigerator and found left over food, a box of fried chicken with whole pieces and left over bones. Looked up and saw that the smoke detector, fire detector and CO detector were covered over with plastic and were made inoperable, VERY DANGEROUS! Went back to the front desk and we were moved, with apologizes, to another room. Room #2 on the 14th floor. A much nicer room than the first, a corner room with a nice view but only 1 bed. Called the front desk, 3x's no answer. Let it ring each time much longer than expected. Went back down to the front desk and was given another key to another room on the 14th floor with two beds. Thought the desk might be busy but I was the only one there, two ladies at the front desk and one in a side room, no one on the phone so I couldn't figure why someone didn't answer the phone. My wife also told me that when she checked us in the phone was ringing and no one would answer, NOT GOOD. Room #3 on the 14th floor. All seemed OK but the carpet was dirty. frig was clean, no plastic covering the detectors and no odors we will take this one. Now it is after 4:00 after checking in around 3:00. That night felt something under the fitted sheet, reached under and took out either a toe nail or finger nail. NOT GOOD The next morning, Friday morning, making coffee found out that the creamer was expired, by 3-weeks, after we saw the floaties on top of the coffee. Left the room around 9:00am coming back at 4:00 and found that it had not been made up. Tried calling the front desk but no answer. I was told the next morning, Saturday, that if people are staying overnight that they do not make up the rooms. I can understand in these times but wasn't expecting it. Saturday morning we had a knock on the door around 8:00am and it was the cleaners so I asked for coffer and fixings and she was more than happy to take care of that and we had fresh creamer. We had preregistered for the rooms and had a quote of around 217.00 at check out we had a bill of 300.00 +. Nothing was charged to our room other than two bottles of water and Chex Mix, not at a cost of 83.00 I hope. There is still an outstanding 300.00 + charge on our credit card account. Someone has really dropped the ball here. I was very disappointed. This is not the experience that I paid for and I would hope not one that Sheraton expects from their employees. To be given a room that put our family in danger, non-working smoke, fire and CO detectors is non-excusable, should have never happened and I hope from this review that the team that is involved in the comfort and safety of their guests can move forward with a better outlook on their responsibilities.

    Do Better

    I know covid has slowed a few businesses and things are not 100% but in a hotel Cleanliness is key especially during a pandemic. So my sisters and I arrive at 3am. Theres a young lady in distress.. seem like she had a wild night and was going back and forth with security. I left came back maybe 45 mins later and she was still acting a fool. Finally get to the 11th floor and it smelled like weed. When we entered the room it smelled like old carpet, which I guess covered the smell of weed. I was tooo tired to care and went to sleep to wake up to every noise you can think of. From housekeepers to guest to TVs you name it. The walls are SOOOOOOOOO THIN. Once it was morning I was able to notice the room was mediocre at best and it didnt seem throughly clean. When we left the room the house keeper cart was out and the cleaning supply seemed limited which Im sure is no fault of their own. I was expecting to see heavy duty industrial cleaning supplies but I did not. I guess there were several complaints about the weed smell that a sign was placed in the lobby near the elevator. Stating a penalty will be given to anyone smoking inside the building. The elevators looked run down and didnt seem clean and smelled like liquor. The exit sign was broken on our floor. We were so disappointed we didnt even stay the second night. This hotels needs a deep cleaning and facelift. Im not use to Sheratons in such bad shape. I hope they do better
