  Good Hotel for business travel

  This is a good hotel for business travellers. It is clean and quiet with a good restaurant in the lobby. I have been staying here for years and have never been disappointed. My only suggestion is to stay away from the top floor in the wintertime since the rooms have large glass windows which are great in the summer but let in lots of cold air in the winter. Even with the heater running at full you can get a sense of the cold. Otherwise it is a great hotel

  Very much bottom end of 3* disappointing for a Sheraton

  The hotel does have very friendly and professional staff but the facilities are very basic. The walls are very thin and you get a lot of noise from the rooms either side, I could clearly hear every word from the tv and conversations people were having. The bathrooms are very cramped, I'm used to European hotel bathrooms and these are small to the point where you can barely open the door without standing over the toilet. The hotel were able to provide a fridge but it was noisy and the door stuck against the carpeted floor I'd expect a fridge built in to the room at this price range. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding seemed of reasonable quality for a 3* hotel but other furnishings are quite tired and in need of a refurb.

  Easy stay

  Easy in and out, well located for business in tech center area, all in all, easy stay. The hotel is older but is well maintained. The service was good. The room was nice. I cannot say one bad thing. I will stay in this hotel again.

  Unbelievable Stay

  This is the first time I've stayed at this property and it was actually by accident. I was bidding "blind" on priceline and was 99% certain I was going to get the Embassy Suites. I can tell you I am so glad I did not get the Embassy Suites. From the moment I checked in Liam at the front desk made my stay amazing. He suggested the concierge level and I could not have been happier with the stay. The room was HUGE, had an amazing view, and like I said Liam went way above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. This is what hospitality should be.

  Poor Response to Issues, Stay Away

  I am in the middle of a stay and I am very frustrated with the property. I am a lifetime diamond member with Hilton and let a friend talk me into giving Bonvoy properties a try this season. The first property in Omaha was great and met my expectations of comparable properties. The Sheraton Denver Tech Center is not a property the meets expectations. The room was booked and confirmed with a Marriott rep via phone to have been a double. Imagine my surprise to get here only to find out I was going to have to rent 2 rooms to accommodate my family. There was hair on my comforter and last night we all had to take cold showers and the water is still cold today. This is absolutely ridiculous and the management response has been non existent. I can assure when I report an issue at a Hilton property, they respond.
