  You won't be disappointed here.

  This hotel is beautiful and clean. Customer service at its finest! We love this place and highly recommend! Great value without compromising cleanliness or service. We stayed Friday and Saturday night. The place was very busy but well maintained. kudos to the management! We will definitely be back.

  Sheraton hotel is the best up north Columbus hands down

  Super nice room And the service is excellent You couldn't find a better hotel/rooms anywhere in Columbus Don't let the price fool you The room are Newly removed Very very plush rooms 2 large 60" tvs in each room Large showers I can't explain You have to see them

  Waste of time and money!

  I'm not sure where to begin.... We haven't visited since the start of renovations.. I think the grill still sucks!! It was so bitter cold to sit. The bartender was our waitress and food was disgusting!! Everything was thrown together. The fries were unable to be eaten. I couldn't even break them in half! The flatbread thing was awful. Want even made right. How can you call this a restaurant?? There is nothing at all for kids to eat. Your overpriced beers had a born on date of August 2020. The phone didn't work in the room. When checking out, no one asked how was our stay.. Just said okay.. bye. This was our last stay here. With do many other choices in the area, we can do better!! I truly hope someone of importance will notice what a waste of money this place is!! Will never stay here again!!

  Best Hotel in Columbus

  This is the best hotel in Columbus. The staff goes out of it's way to accommodate EVERY need you may have. I have stayed on business as well as bringing kids and they are outstanding in either situation.!!! The food is outstanding and priced more then fair and rivals the fancy steak restaurants down the street in quality and price. The pool is wonderful and they take great care of it!! The food and beverage director Fikret has been fabulous to my kids!! He can find anything you need.The front desk clerk's are great Karin does a great job. Tracy at the bar is super. Salma the operations head has helped me greatly with room type...I stay around 175 nights a year in hotels...This is a great spot!!It is my choice in Columbus Ohio!!

  Plush hotel with a heart

  I booked 2 rooms for the weekend to celebrate my daughters birthday. I was informed when I arrived at the hotel that birthday parties and all gatherings were not permitted because of COVID. Our group was a total of 12. The desk clerk told me that we would have to relocate or purchase another room. I stepped off to the side to figure out what I was going to do with all the kids and all the food AND my poor 13 year old who was about to be devastated. As I was making calls to figure out a solution a manager walked up to me and asked if Id been helped. I explained the situation. She asked me to come back to her office with her and explained to me that the desk person was right to ask me to either purchase another room or relocate due to strict COVID regulations. I told her I didnt have another 90 dollars to spare. She booked me an additional room at a special manager rate and assigned all my rooms close together. Thank you Selma for everything you did for us. We loved the pool and the rooms! My daughter had a great birthday thanks to you! We will definitely be back!
