  muy buen hotel para viajes de negocios

  Buena ubicación, frente al río. Varias opciones para cenar en el hotel y en los alrededores. Parking cubierto, imprescindible en invierno. Personal agradable y atento. Las habitaciones están muy bien y las camas son muy confortables. La única pega es ha sido el desayuno, para el que había lista de espera...

  Excellent service. Great location

  We always stay at the Sheraton when we are in Saskatoon. The staff is tremendous and the rooms are great. Try the lounge for a great evening visit. Get a higher floor room looking over the river to treat yourself. If you have kids the water slides are superb. The patio at the restaurant is a great spot for breakfast, dinner or lunch.

  Enjoined every moment!

  We stayed at the Sheraton Cavalier for 1 night of our 15 days car tour around Canada. We enjoined every moment. Many places were slowly re-opening after covid closures. Sheraton was one of the best places we stayed. They kept all the rooms and public spaces clean and well sanitized while still maintaining full range of services: breakfast, pool. Exceptional team work!

  Concerning changes, possibly current economic environment related.

  Approx 10 years ago, rooms very nicely renovated. Rooms still look great. Front reception service inclusive of international work placements it nicely appeared. It's hard to see a solid Saskatoon hotel & convention centre struggle with the economic impact of governmental Covid19 precautions. I do feel it of some import to describe what I noticed vs the class and fun they had brought to Saskatoon, whilst having a great waterpark for kids, lounging pools for adults. The Windows restaurant was outward looking. When redesigned to Scarlet, it looked great. No longer really for a nice lunch downtown, and more into the evening scene. Whatever - a shift is ok. Well, now it looks like a "Gentleman's Club" trying to save money. And with family music playlists. The welcome desk has enough voltage running through the exposed cables to seriously burn a child. And that's before getting into the restaurant. The suite we received was fabulous, and a nice retreat for the two nights we stayed. After an okay stay, I had asked for some assistance with the luggage. Now this I had never seen before: they sent an Asian female who was so polite and willing to work, struggled a little bit with English, and eager. I was offended at the lack of chivalry. Not that she wasn't capable of lifting the luggage or any other capacity concern, just the total shift in what was acceptable in Western culture. Then, she was sent out in -35 degree weather, with nary a coat given to her by the hotel. I promptly sent her back in and dealt with the luggage for my son & myself. I suggested she have a colleague or the manager come to assist instead at some point, but she said she had approached the manager earlier and was told that person was busy. Perhaps too timid to speak up, or I am misremembering some details, but the main points here still matter in my opinion. I do hope the Six Twelve lounge continues to rock it in the evenings. I will try that again, as it's always hit a fantastic niche in town. I have left comments with the hotel several times, and not end-run to an online platform. Regards to all, DL

  Outstanding experience & service

  The Sheraton was my temporary home for six weeks during the summer. In spite of COVID, the experience was fantatic. The property sits right accross from the park and river and a suite here with a river view is hard to beat in Saskatoon. Breakfast is excellent and Carver's serves the best steak in town (in my opinion). During my stay the staff, to a person, were exceptional. Highly recommended!!
