  Caminable desde ABQ Airport

  Buen Hotel en General. Habitación muy comoda, Baño amplio. La Piscina muy buena aunque quizás el agua un poco fría para mi gusto. Personalmente le subiría 2 o 3°C, aunque debo decir que está impecablemente bien tenida y todos los pasajeros que la visitaron fueron muy respetuosos unos com otros en cuanto a ruidos, espacios etc.. El Hotel tiene un pequeño Bar muy comodo cerca del Lobby. Si vuelvo a ABQ, me vuelvo a quedar aqui.

  Good hotel good service even in Covid

  We had a child with an early flight so we stayed in hotel and took him to airport early in the morning. After dropping him off we came back and had breakfast. Breakfast was good but a little weird to eat in room Service was nice and polite Only surprise was charge for parking lot. I understand the need for codes to get in and out near airport but expected to have free parking as guest and platinum rewards

  Clean and close to Airport

  Company booked, the room was clean, comfortable.Overall a very nice room. the staff was courteous.. I got stuck (weather wise) and stayed a 2nd night.. very nice shuttle service.. Quick and courteous..

  Great Customer Service

  We stayed at the hotel due to catching an early flight. We were lucky to get a room facing the airport. The view was amazing and fun to watch the planes. Despite limited amenities due to Covid, we received amazing customer service by Chee in the bar/food area. Food was awesome! Also, our rental car would not start and Sina made sure to get us to the airport in a quick manner.

  Rude staff, poor customer service

  I have stayed several times at this hotel, and this most recent stay solidified that this hotel is poorly managed with rude staff; this is consistent with other TripAdvisor reviews (where the manager seems to comment on every one that "concerns are being addressed with that department." Okay, sure.). The front desk staff on check in were unbelievably rude, mocking me to another customer (in line behind me) when I remarked on how the line was handled, and arguing with me as to whether I had made a reservation for that night (I did, I had it in my email). When the front desk staff member saw the email receipt, he changed his story to a "storm" had messed up the system (I live in this state, there hasn't been a storm in three weeks, and I've stayed at this hotel once before since that storm). I have a couple go to hotels in Albuquerque (notably Best Western Rio Grande - amazing customer service, great FREE breakfast, all around great hotel), but the Sheraton was convenient for flights. Unfortunately, I will not be staying again. Like many who have given this hotel a "terrible" review, I have never written a negative review on the internet ever before this.
