  Staff not friendly

  We booked room for 4 person stay but the hotel give us room for 2 person stay..Hotel is near with subway....and the staff not so friendly..drinking water in the room have to pay..taxi driver don't no how to go to the hotel..if you want to stay in the hotel just take subway green line and stop at the gangxi station and exit A and just go straight until you saw fire department and the hotel just near there..

  DO NOT STAY HERE

  I went to this hotel on a business trip and i can honestly say this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I do not say that lightly at all, I have stayed in budget hotels around Asia, Europe and the America's and this is THE WORST. The staff are so rude its unbelievable, the wifi is atrocious, the whole of the floor underneath me was under construction all day long, which I was not warned about prior to my trip. The carpets outside the room were soaking wet with humidity. Just trust me, don't stay here!

  Fairly good stay.

  We enjoyed an 18-hr getaway from Hong Kong, this was a good-priced hotel compared to HK, but You get what you pay for. For a budget hotel it's ok. Have been to nicer ones and have been to not so nice ones in China. Having lived in China for 5 years and seen other hotels, this is not too bad. Liked the view, not too noisy. Fairly clean. Hotel staff ok but we have a bit of language. The bathroom is an open concept so knowing Chinese sewage system we were a bit apprehensive about leaving my window closed at night. I didn't want to wake up to sewage smell but it wasn't too bad at all in the morning. So actually not too bad. Comfortable bed and room, palm trees outside and reasonably quiet considering in Shenzhen.
