  Lovely place

  The staff is kind and welcoming, the view is lovely and the suite is clean and very spacious. Although it was freezing outside, the room can get really cosy and warm if you turn on the air conditionner for 15 min or so.. The breakfast is also great!! I recommand this place!

  My 50th birthday with family

  First of all the house keepers were lovely and helpful. The Host Laila and her husband were just too greedy for my liking. All they wanted was to sponge off us and when they couldn't they got very angry. The plumbing does not work well, some of the toilets do not flush, some of the suties do not have hot water. The wifi is rubbish and only works in the main building. One of the rooms had no airconditioning for our entire duration. It is need of maintainance and cleaning. There were about 24 of us and we made it a funfilled holiday because that is what we set out to do. Do not pay upfront for any activitities as that is what the host will try to make you do. All in all it was not such a bad experience but I would not use the villa again.

  Birthday dvent

  The villa looks nothing like the pictures. Very run down. Need a lot of maintenance. There was no hot water in most of the outer rooms. No wifi apart from the main building. The kitchen sinks kept blocking. One of the rooms had no air conditioning. Another the toilet didn't flush. The staff were lovely. The husband and wife tried to get us to pay for activities upfront which we said no to and they were not happy about. We made the most of our stay and despite all of the above had a lovely time with our loved ones

  Family birthday

  Remote area, in need of maintenance, beware of extra charges. There is only one iron to share between 11 rooms. Rashid, Medi and Amina do their best, but there is just too much work for them to cope with. MAKE SURE YOU QUESTION LAILA AND HER HUSBAND AS THEY WILL TRY TO ADD EXTRA ON TO YOUR BILL. It is a lovely villa, but just in need of maintenance and a good clean. The doors are not very secure so make sure you use the safes provided although nothing went missing on our trip. If I had come to Trip advisor for a review of the place before booking, I would have booked somewhere else. Wifi not very strong and barely works.

  Best stay in Marrakech

  I visited Shemsmoon to organize my mothers birthday, we had an amazing experience. The hosts Leila and Rachid were very kind and offered the best experience during our stay, the food was also exceptional! The staff is very thoughtful and the place is breathtaking! I would recommend 100% overall.
