  I will never go to this hotel again there is a fridge in every room eventhough u didn't drink any softdrinks they will charge u at the time of checkout.Money is not a problem worst response and reason

  One of the best hotel experiences in Chennai

  I came to know about Shelter Hotel thru close friends and I contacted Shelter Hotel management for my trip to Chennai on April 26th, 2016 to watch the IPL match . The friendly staff from the hotel were at the airport to me pick me promptly . The hotel is located at a very nice area in Mylapore and staff from bell boy to service manager were very customer friendly . I cannot thank them for the services they offered me to ensure that my stay and IPL experience will be worth remembering for a long time. The GM of the hotel ensured that the guest experience in terms of quality of service offered whether it is food, transportation, safety etc was prime. Being a foreign national , I felt I was cared for and I give them a 5 star.

  Best budget hotel for family

  Best budget hotel in city. Nearby temple, shopping areas. Nice restaurant. Rooms satisfactory. Friendly services. Less noise and very clean. Low cost but quality place. Mylapore is a great place for shopping

  Great staff, crap internet, ordinary restaurant

  This hotel is in the vicinity of several large hospitals and clinics making it a convenient, reasonably priced hotel for those visiting Chennai for medical treatment. The staff are great, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is very ordinary and very slow with mostly Southern Indian vegetarian dishes. The internet is amongst the worst that I have ever been provided in a hotel. Unable to load popular applications such as gmail or Facebook and an eternity to load websites. People sitting outside of their rooms to get a decent signal. Don't stay here is you need reliable, workable internet. Stay here if you don't care about internet.

  Luxury stay with good restaurants and indoor play area

  Hello friends after a long time I booked at Hotel Shelter-Mylapore. Front office team greeted me in very nice way. They follow all Protocols. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast is really good. I spent some time in indoor games as well as gym. Only two kilometres to Marina beach and 300 meters to temples. People who travels chennai must try because of local culture and exploring gives happiness.will refer my friends and families.
