  We arrived at this complex as the only customers- a bus load of 18 people. It was a bit spooky as places were not lit up and everything was quiet. However our room in the complex( not the individual little houses you see on Booking.com) was spacious, comfortable and clean, with lovely towels, good shower. Toilet paper was half a roll so could have been an issue.... Breakfast was 5 minutes walk away in the restaurant on the complex and very average. Maybe it works better as a sports complex? The wifi only worked in the foyer not the room

  Strange accommodation in sports complex

  Perfectly adequate hotel-type rooms in large sports complex. Eerie because there was nobody else there but fine really. Some others in the group had problems with hot water but my shower worked fine. Long beds, presumably for basketball players. I think 'Olympic' is just used as an adjective, but the complex would have been used during the time Azerbaijan hosted the European Athletics Championship, although it must predate this. Uncertainly served, but perfectly adequate, buffet breakfast. Nice, friendly cats in the grounds.

  Out of season not recommended!

  I was there in October and obviously the Hotel was half closed down because the main season was over. Indoor-Pool and Gym worked (where extra opened for us when asking) but not the restaurant and the WIFI was not available througout the stay. No warm water in the shower. Outdoor pool was not working The "rooms" are small Cottages with small garden and terrace - nicely made but in desperate need of a refit. It is far from the city center - taxi needed. Surroundings are very nice, very quiet. Staff was very friendly - even offered to share their private Internet Connection with me so I could do some work online. Maybe a better choice in the season...

  Positively Impressed

  Stayed just 1 day. Site is quiet clean and calm. Facility is diverse and atractions included in the daily rate. Rooms are large and nicely decorated. Bed sheets and towels are clean. Would deffinitely come back next time.

  Great & Enjoyable Stay!

  Has stayed 2 nights with family for a holidays. Would like to appreciate hotel Front Office staff for a quick responses for any requests. Cottage which was provided to us was very comfortable,clean and spacious. Great water park facilities - especially kids have had a good time!!! Just only one point regarding F&B Service - lack of staff and a little bit carelessness at breakfast really make a sense... Nevertheless overall spent a very impressed holidays, will come back for sure.
