  Nice Place, Feel Luxury

  I have to stay her 3 times when I visited Guangzhou. Im alone traveller and cannot speak chinese. Around this place make me feel relax because of many foreigners stay here. There has many restaurants. This place is quiet and clean. I stay on high floor (40th). So, I got a great view and calm. In room, have many things like apartment..Kitchen, Washing Machine and so on. I stay here I feel safe because before come to the building must have key card and security card stay all over night. The price is valuable. I will come back here again and again.

  Nice Apartment but Difficult to Find

  If you don't call, you won't be able to find the hotel. Here is the location: From China South Normal University MRT station (take "C Exit", turn left. Walk about 5 min, will pass by 2 blocks of condominiun/ service appart, until you reach a T- junction with traffic light ( @45*, you can see Pizza Hut & KFC ), immediately turn left, the apartment is about 50 feet away. You won't recognize the aparment, because NO signate, and it's just look like another commercial building. You need to walk into the small door, and ask the security guard, and take a lift go up to 3A, where the apartment office located. The apartment is good, but not enough manpower, the service is quite poor. About 20 min walk to main shopping area.

  Buena localidad , puede encontrar buenos restaurantes , respecto de la habitacion falta matenimiento ,algunas cosas como , luces y pintura ,buen aseo por el hotel lo hacen todos los dias , pero por el precio esta bn , a 5 minutos de la estacion de metro de liede

  Day in the City

  I came into town (16-17 Dec 2017) just to spend the night to meet a friend and explore. Everything is convenient in the area this hotel is situated. For what you pay, this hotel is definitely worth it in my opinion. The WiFi is good as I was able to watch videos without it buffering. (VPN is needed to access foreign websites/apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook as it is blocked in China for those who dont know) Minor faults that I saw was a broken cupboard handle in the bathroom and stained marks on the kitchen counter. The TV set was not working although that was not an issue for me as I only really needed/used the WiFi. The check-in counter is across the road on the corner of Xing Guo Road and Xing Sheng Road. It was simple to book a room for a night and the guy working at the counter took me to my room and was helpful and nice. Check out time is 12pm Location of this hotel is amazing, there are shops down the road as well as bars/lounges. The metro station (subway) is 5-10mins away by foot and very cheap. Taxis are everywhere in the area so its convenient as well. I recommend it for those on a smaller budget, and would sacrifice a bit of quality and breakfast as it doesnt come with that. I would definitely come back to stay here the next time I am in town.

  A disgrace...

  This is not a hotel. Actually, calling this building a hotel is an insult to any hotel. This is a serviced apartment which is way below the average in every aspect you can think of. The room is filthy at best. There are cooking devices as well as washing machine, which was okay. The hot plate was extremely inefficient. It is a test of patience and inner peace to try to cook anything. The internet, oh boy. The last time I had anything that slow and useless was in 90's in a third world country with a dial up connection. From the moment you arrive this rubble, you regret the decision you make and I tell you, I spent more than a month here due to the work requirement. Do yourself a favor, buy a half eaten chicken feet. You'd be spending your money at a better thing.
