    The hotel it self is not bad at all, but the reviews are full of missleadings. First of all it is located near 24/7 hill destruction area, and highway right in front of windows and my familly and I couldn't get 2 hours a sleep. The aproximity of Harem is technicly right. It is 250m from Harem, but extended part (which is in consctruction). So if you want to go to Harem you have to walk about 1km maybe more. And because it is "so close" to Harem, there are no busses. I booked 2 rooms for my wife and, and my teenage soons and specificly asked conected rooms or at least at the same floor, which they promised. But they gave me rooms at 13th floor( which is in the bottom of the hill, and the view was on a garbagge begs in front of windows) and the other one at 21st floor. They promised to change it but they never did. Rooms were so small I didn't have a place to put my luggage. Bed fullfiled all the space in the room. We hardly mooved around it. When we arrived early in the morning we found dust all over the rooms, human hair and crusps all over the sheets which they changed after complaint. Housekeepers are very kind, polite and willing to help. Breakfast is also one of the positive things about it. If I was told to have free stay in those rooms I would turn it down. Never the less I payed 5 stars hotel service and hardly got 3 stars. Never again.

    Excellent Location, Great friendly Staff and a great Hotel

    We stayed for 4 nights and had 4 rooms for me and my family. The Rooms were of a very high Standard. Beds were of a good size and quality. The bathrooms were equally of a very high Standard. The Reception staff and the concierge were very helpful. In Particular Amjed was very helpful and the 2 Ammar's. The breakfast variety and quality and quantity were ample. Thanks KHAN at breakfast for remembering my special Tea requirements. Although it is just 3 or minutes walk to Haram, the walk back id uphill and not suitable for the unfit. Although for just 10 Rials a taxi will bring back up to the door. Or use the FREE Hotel shuttle and fixed times. Thank you to everyone at the Shaza makkah for making our stay very very welcoming and comfortable.

    The hotel and staff are amazing

    We stayed four nights in junior suite, It was amazing, shuttle bus is always available, walk just 5 minutes to harem, Very nice staff , professional, friendly and very helpful, The breakfast is very good, The chef is very friendly, they are making kunafa at the dinner which I consider the best kunafa ever, special thanks to chef (khaled), The reception staff and the hotel staff have a great hospitality, The rooms are neat and very clean, Over and above very special thanks to mr. Sherif Abou elmagd very professional and very helpful , very smart, Thanks everyone there We are really enjoyed our stay there

    Umrah

    We stayed at the Shaza Makkah hotel during our stay in Mecca for umrah. From the moment we entered to the time we left after 6 nights I have not a single complaint about the rooms, service, food or staff. Beautiful clean hotel with polite and helpful staff and an absolutely amazing breakfast choice. We loved the Karak chai served at breakfast! Excellent wi fi in the rooms and good room service too. Lots of clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Rooms were cleaned everyday and water bottles are provided free of charge. Fridge and microwave in our room as well as a kitchen sink. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will book again in sha Allah. Jazakallah to all the staff at Shaza Makkah for making our stay so comfortable and an amazing experience.

    Very welcome helpful staff went out of there way to help me as it was my first visit to Makkah would highly recommend this hotel alhamdulillah inshaAllah would love to stay there again food was great I cant recommend this hotel more very close to the Haramain
