  Like being in a little village...

  This Wyndham has a LOT of accommodation choices from homes to townhomes to condos. Lots of stairs/steps as others have commented. Most have laundry facilities which is nice. Ice at front desk. Too much HIGH PRESSURE SALES at presentation - they almost don't let you leave unless you upgrade. As an owner I will make sure to skip that next time. Gem and Keystone has very friendly staff - eating outside in winter was as best they could during a pandemic. We were glad they were open! Close to Shawnee Ski Area.

  Stay away

  Very moldi bathroom and brownish redish stuff comes out of the jacuzzi jets. Everything is very outdated including the kitchenware and cooking supplies . The good thing is the location. The place is close to ski and horseback riding.

  3rd visit to Shawnee Wyndham

  This our third time staying here, the first time was on the older DUPUY village, with the two BR on the second floor, Christmas 2019, the second was in the newer building in DUPUY during Labor Day week 2020 and this Christmas we stayed in Fairway. The Fairway building is much newer and featured a real fireplace, a nice master bath and more updated furnishings. The W/D was also in the back hallway instead of in the kitchen. All 3 units were clean and ready for us when we checked in around 12-1 pm each time. The kitchen was fully equipped and had plenty of mugs, plated, bowls and utensils. There is an electric stove, microwave and D/W with a refrigerator. I like the DUPUY area bc i can get in a nice 10 mile run through the area, through the golf course to the pub and back 3X. Fairway required an extra loop. Parking at Fairway is much tougher than DUPUY, even with the overflow parking area. We had to ask for extra dish washing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and a sponge and everything was delivered within 20 minutes. We called about the dishwasher's detergent cap not closing and the engineer arrived in less than 15 minutes to fix it. So very responsive. There is a Walmart and a supermarket within 10-15 minute drive and the pub, thai and beer brewery all provided take out or delivery as in door dining is not allowed during our trip. We are booked for our 4th trip so we like this place due to the proximity to NYC.

  Overall was great!

  We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with our 4 children for the long MLK weekend. Yes.... the rooms are very dated (think late 80s, early 90s) but our place was clean!!! This was our first get-away since the start of the pandemic so I was very concerned but overall I was happy. I brought Clorox wipes and wiped all surfaces just to be extra cautious and we brought our own sheets, pillow cases and comforters. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and utensils were new and in wrapping. I would just say that they should have more restrictions regarding the use of the indoor pool - we are in a pandemic so having 40 people, without masks, in an enclosed space is probably not the smartest idea. They should have families reserve pool times as they do in other facilities. We attempted 2 pool trips but went back to our condo bc we found it too crowded for us to feel comfortable. Third time was a charm and kids had a blast!!

  Fairway Village (D Unit)

  Overall we were very satisfied. Check-in was great and everything was very clean. We did not go up to the recreation center this trip due to Covid. One exception was there was a dirty coffee filter in the pot, so I just dumped it but did let them know. They apologized immediately. We are here almost every Winter and our favorite section is Fairway Village as it is a short walk to The General Store and The Gem & Keystone.
