Disappointing breakfastStayed for a recent wedding, the lady who met us was lovely and the room was spotless and very comfortable, however there was no cooked breakfast available, there was tea/coffee cereal fruit available (aldi products) I had corn flakes but to be honest they weren't very crunchy in the container, and the layout wasn't presented very nice,

Lovely B&BThis B&B was lovely, it was clean and bright and only a few minute drive to Killaloe..Phil , the lady that welcomed my partner and i, couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful. She give us any information we needed. She also gave us a contact for a local taxi service to collect us from a hotel after a wedding. The next morning we missed breakfast as we had a late night, but Phil still offered us tea and something to eat. She also gave us a lift to another hotel where we left our car the previous day. The room was clean amd the bright and also very big. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. Excellent place to stay.

enjoyed our stayI stayed here for 2 nights with friends, this is a lovely b&b in a good location but a car is needed as it is about 10 min drive from the town & the road is not suitable to walk along. we had a twin room with a double and single bed, with plenty space to spare, the bathroom was very spacious and overall clean and tidy. we had breakfast on one of our mornings which was very nice with a choice of cooked breakfast or a good selection cold buffet the staff were very nice and helpful.the only thing we disliked was the wooden floors as you could hear people moving around downstairs, and going up and down the stairs

First Class StayStayed for two nights in April. First Class treatment. Rooms comfortable and food excellent. Full Irish breakfast each morning. Owner could not have been more helpful, even gave us a lift into Town after we'd left our car there to have a drink the night before. Recommended.

Hoped for a good stay but was disappointed. My family and I were here for three nights after Christmas. Unfortunately we were unable to get any restful sleep. The walls are paper thin which in of themselves may not have been an issue if the other guests were courteous which was not the case. The landlord uses the B&B as an AirBnB and as such the people on their long term vacation used the place as if no one else was living in the building. They were extremely loud at all hours especially first thing in the morning. They had children who were up at all hours, running through the halls and entering people's rooms if you didn't lock yourself inside. The location was great and close to Killaloe as we hoped, the breakfast was tasty however the paper thin walls accompanied by no real management would cause me to look for accommodations elsewhere as you should do yourself.
